Beautiful, authentic Moroccan riad with a small pool and relaxing rooftop space. Situated in a quiet alley just off the souk. About 10 minutes walk to the square and the mosque. Bedroom was spacious and light with a lovely bathroom. Heating and AC in the room that you control. Healthy breakfast to start the day. Lovely staff, especially Fatimah who was always smiling and helpful. Ismail did the night shift and helped us when needed. Would recommend this stay.

Would be a good idea to have access to a fruit bowl throughout the day. The building also needs its name on the front as we couldn’t find the right door initially.

Breakfast and location top! The breakfast was really good and the staff was very kind. We had to leave early two times and they prepared us a breakfast to go. The day we had the opportunity to have the breakfast on site it was very tasty. The location is not dangerous and, even if it is central, it is not in the crowded part of the city (so it is less noisy). You will still see many tourists and locals around.

There is no sign outside. At the beginning was hard to find the place and you may think you are in the wrong place. We stayed in two different rooms (because we did two different bookings). The first one was not very nice because of the bathroom but the second one repaid us in everything.

The location is perfect, in a safe, central area close to all the main attractions in Marrakesh, the riad is clean, well-kept and beautiful, authentic atmosphere and design The breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and delicious, served in abundance and always with a smile.. fresh fruit, fresh citrus fruit juice, pastries and excellent coffee But the best thing about this riad is the excellent service of the hosts, especially Yosef and Mohammed, who really went out of their way to make my stay in Marrakesh enjoyable They are always attentive, and ready to help and always with a smile They just made me feel at home

Everything was perfect

The Riad was absolutely amazing and the staff were even more so. Everything was spotless, breakfast was wonderful and the location was great. Fatima, Selma and Khadijah were some of the kindest, most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever met. We won’t forget them!

There were a few things like a part of the shower broken and some loose tiles in the bathroom that needed attention, but did not detract from our stay at all. The bed was perhaps the firmest I have ever slept on…so that might be a positive or a negative depending on personal preference.

New moon riad was a really amazing surprise in our days in Marrakesh. Super good location, near all the main attractions. It’s safe to walk on the roads and it has police on the streets, since it’s near a royal palace protected by military. we always walked safe inside the medina. The space was very clean and with a nice smell, and each day we had room service with new towels and everything. The space was beautiful with the candlelight’s. The staff was also super helpful with information and help around the city. It is also near the souks. Don’t get afraid to get lost there :)

This Riad was a great find!. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was attended every day.The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind especially Ismail with whom I dealt most of the time. A pleasure to deal with them. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. The location was central but also very quiet. I recommend this place without reservations.

I liked everything. The only thing that I was a little disappointed was that the breakfast wasn’t served on the rooftop terrace. But not really a big deal.

1 - The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helped me and my friend with deciding what to do each day, giving great recommendations and helping us book excursions. They were also very accommodating, helping with storing luggage whilst we waited for our flights back and helped with printing our boarding passes. 2 - The interior of the place was beautiful, we decided to stay at a Riad for a real Moroccan feel and that’s exactly what we got. 3 - Location!! It is within walking distance from many of the attraction and surrounded by lovely stalls and food places (a lot of highly rated cafes and restaurants) 4 - The breakfast at a first glance seemed pretty standard, tea, bread and juice. However, the range of different tasting breads and cakes was brilliant and enjoyable each day. There are different options daily, including fruit salads and eggs as additional breakfast items. 5 - The bedroom was really nice, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 6 - Despite being in a busy area, it is very quiet meaning you can get plenty of rest after busy day filled with surprises.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

Incredible location on a safe street in the Medina, easy to access almost everything in Marrakesh. We loved our room, the decoration around the riad was amazing. Rooftop was great to relax and the dipping pool was appreciated after a hot day in the medina. Lovely filling vegetarian breakfast. Most importantly the staff was incredible and caring - Ibtissam and Ismail took great care of us. We would love to stay here again if we come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Fatmia, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and availability throughout my stay were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

The location of the Riad is great. It's a short walk from the taxi stand. The owner of the Riad came personally to get us from the taxi stand and walked with us to the Riad. The Riad was beautiful and looks just like the photos on booking.com. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. It was made fresh and after we asked for fresh orange juice, they made it on the second day. The service was very friendly all throughout.
