It's a cosy riad in the midst of the medina. In a quiet corner. The place is lovely and rooms are nice. Fareed and Maria were really helpful and friendly and made the stay comfortable. In the evenings it's so lovely to sit in the open courtyard.

The Riad is located in a quiet corner and the last stretch of walk is thru a quiet lane. Suggest to avoid walking alone late at night. Once at 8 pm , a few young boys stopped n asked for money. Since some residents were coming from a distance they walked away. Pls be careful. Rooms on 2nd floor n it's winding steps. If you have back problem pls take care. They do help carrying the bags.

It was my third time in Marrakesh and this Riad was the best of all three times for sure! The open and colorful courtyard is just amazing! It is really an oasis of peace. The host is very friendly and happy to help any time. The rooms are very clean and big. When coming back to Marrakesh, we are definitely staying here again!

The location was near enough in distance to the Medina - a 10 minute walk away. It was pretty much at the edge of what seemed to be the nice/safe area. It was clean and nice enough although it didn't look spectacular. The breakfast was truly amazing though - best I have had in any stay. They really accommodated us with early starts and early arrival. It was a 2 minute walk away from a pickup point for activities.

The entrance threw us off. We were kindly offered tea and biscuits but had no chance to eat as we were asked a dozen questions regarding our stay and made to fill in forms. They waited for us to fill them and as soon as we were done they escorted us to the rooms. Made a nice welcome feel very unnecessary and confusing if we weren't given a chance to actually take it.

The true Moroccan hospitality experience. The Riad is in excellent condition, the rooms are cozy and the architecture is authentic. The breakfast makes you feels like you are at home, all freshly made and delicious! Mohammed and the team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Even if it was Eid and everything was closed they found a way to bring me a cake to celebrate my birthday. I was speechless. The location is super convenient, we walked everywhere. I couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you for all the riad dar nejma for the incredible stay!

Breakfast was yoghurt, fresh fruit and orange juice, a selection of pancakes and bread, honey, jam and butter with coffee/tea. A fairly basic breakfast but perfectly ok for us and the freshly squeezed orange juice was wonderful. The beds and sheets were good, being December we appreciated the heating available. Staff are on hand to help day and night. Although no kettle in the room, the staff provided hot water for a camomile tea at night and were very accommodating. The room was very clean and we fresh clean towels were provided every day. The location is excellent being close the market/medina and a short walk to the square. A really good location and a bonus that taxis are able to drive to the Riad which is handy for access and dropping off suitcases etc.

We arrived when it was raining and cold so the main atrium looked quite bleak however as the weather improved the rugs and furniture were put out which made it look very nice. Overall it is a very nice looking Riad, and I'm sure with warmer weather and flowers in bloom it is very pretty. Personally I wasn't keen on some of the modern furniture that was dotted around, retaining a traditional moroccan style throughout would be more in-keeping. A kettle, tea and mugs would have been nice in the room, also a safe to keep valuables in, but overall for the price it is a very good place to stay with breakfast included.

We spent four wonderful days at Riad Dar Nejma. The courtyard is very well-kept and looks beautiful. The rooms are very clean and are serviced daily. We were particularly impressed by the delicious and lovingly prepared breakfast, which we looked forward to every day. The staff, such as Mohammed, were always very accommodating and happy to help with any questions. Definitely one of the best booking experiences we've ever had. I can recommend Riad Dar Nejma to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and is looking for very central, clean, and quiet accommodation.

We wholeheartedly recommend this Riad. The location is excellent, with a perfect balance of proximity to the Medina and peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness and breakfast were both outstanding. Mary and Anuar's assistance was exceptional. They were always available to help and provided valuable information. Without a doubt, I would choose this place again. Mary warms hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more special. Thanks for all!

From the first moment when I met Maria the manager from this beautiful and authentic Riad I felt like I am at home!Amazing ! She organised all my trips! I am travelling a lot! But my experience with Maria and the Riad was Amazing! All the staff was so welcoming!And the Riad is a paradise, quite and peaceful in the busy city of Marrakech!I loved every moment there and for sure I will be back next year!Thank you so much Maria, Samir Karima and Chadidscha!

That I couldn't stay longer!

Location, felt safe, clean, the host, terrace. The breakfast was also very, very nice! We didn't ask to have fresh orange juice, but it would have been amazing to have it offered. I'd come back again :) The tea offered upon arrival made this sejour great and i'd come back again just because of that :)

Although the room was clean and very nice, the rugs made the room look old and stuffy. The doors because they need to be accessed with keys, there is a lot of noise when people open the doors, so if you want to wake up late in the morning, it'll be difficult. For us, it was fine because we woke up early to go on tours, but if we wanted a place to rest and sleep in, this might not be the best place for that. The bed was EXTREMELY HARD. Hair dryer was very old.

This place is great. The road where you have to enter is a bit sketchy, but once you're in you will forget that quickly. If you want to experience the local culture a bit more, I would recommend to stay in a Rijad, and Dar Nejma is a really nice place. It is approximately 10 min walk to the main square from the Rijad. Staff is very friendly, and speak good English, they are happy to help with anything, for example arranging tours for you with transport from the Rijad. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets were changed, everything was really clean. I highly recommend the place.
