We had a fantastic stay at Riad al Riad! This small, family-run hotel with only about 8 rooms offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and great with kids. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The Riad is perfectly located in a quiet alley right in the heart of the Medina, close to Le Jardin Secret—peaceful yet central. Breakfast was excellent, and they happily catered to our preferences (we asked for scrambled eggs and plain yogurt—no problem at all). Dinner at the Riad is also highly recommended! They offer airport pickup, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff can help arrange just about anything—just ask. We also loved the beautiful rooftop terrace, reliable laundry service, and the complimentary bottled water. A wonderful experience overall!

The property was very clean and modern, bedding was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and so were the towels which were changed daily, which were cleaned and delivered by a company. Halima and her son Enes and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite, we all felt comfortable around them especially my wife and daughter, Halima made sure that we were all well fed before leaving the riad, who kept the riad clean and tidy.

We booked a total of three rooms for 5 adults, the room that me and my wife were in was downstairs so we were woken up by the other guests who were having breakfast outside our window, and we had to keep our windows and door curtains drawn for privacy which I didn’t like. However my children were upstairs on the second floor and their rooms were far superior in fact they were both amazing beautifully decorated with a beautiful bathrooms. Also we didn’t realise that the riad has a total of 5 bedrooms and we booked only 3, so there were other guests staying in this riad, and it was these guests that woke me up a few times.

Located right in the middle of the Souk, but down a little alley, so 'away' from the chaos - an oasis in the middle of the markets. Plenty of restaurants nearby, a few minutes walk from a main street if you want to get a taxi etc. Breakfast was lovely, staff very warm and helpful. Shower and bed 10/10!!

My room was on the ground floor, so didn't feel very private to have windows open. I was out all day, so it wasn't a problem, but if you plan on enjoying some time in Riad al Riad during your stay in Marrakech, I would ask for an upstairs room.

10/10 stay, honestly the best welcome to Marrakesh glad we chose this riad , very homely vibe with great staff , we stayed in a 2nd floor room with space for 3 and that was perfect for my mum , sister and I , modern but traditional feel , bathroom and shower all lovely and clean , location it’s on a quiet side road /cul de sac from the main medina streets so not noisy Moroccan Breakfast was lovely and Moroccan mint tea was great The team really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was lovely and comfortable, free airport pickup and arranged early breakfast for us when we had to do a day trip out of Marrakesh , also arranged pickup and drop off for us from station that same day and even drop off to the hotel we moved to after we checked out. I even forgot some of my items at the riad and they were kind enough to bring it to our hotel No pool/jacuzzi but honestly after such an amazing stay it didn’t matter in the end Absolutely 100 stars for perfect stay There’s also a hamman just opposite open till which is very convenient if you want to tick that off your list after a long day out and you go straight to bed after hamman treatment and massage - best sleep ever

Everything. Everything. The location is great . Very nice and cool and quiet riad during the day and night . The terrace is very very nice and we served the breakfast there and also the dinner. Everything is clean and the food was very good and fresh . Mohcine helped us with everything we needed during our visit. He was very very kind and helpful with a lot of things. Thank you Mohcine for everything you did for us ! By far , it was the best place and the best service ever!

The location of the road was perfect - we were close enough to get around easily but with the road being on a small side street, once we were inside, it was peaceful and quiet. The breakfasts each morning were lovely - something different every day, with fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads and cake - all delicious. We had breakfast on the roof terrace each morning which was spacious and had great views over the top of the medina all the way to the Atlas Mountains in the distance. The staff were kind and helpful. The airport transfers on arrival and departure were great and meant that we didn’t have to worry about finding our way to the riad when we first arrived. A lovely stay in a great location - we’d definitely stay there again.

To be honest, we can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Before we arrived, we wondered if we should have chosen somewhere with a pool - but it really didn’t matter at all.

Everything was perfect, excellent location a few steps from the beautiful secret garden, Bacha Coffee and lots of great cafes and restaurants - Cafe Arabe highly recommended. Accommodation beautiful and bright and spotlessly clean with spacious bathroom and sparkling white towels and robes. Staff were helpful and welcoming and provided us with a beautiful breakfast regardless of what time we got up and made us our morning brew with our BYO Yorkshire tea bags. We were so grateful to the staff who organised a FOC transfer to the airport and who also printed out our boarding passes (digital BP's not allowed at Marrakech Airport).

The Riad is in a great position in the heart of the Medina. Breakfast was delicious with fruit, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and good coffee. There were traditional pastries and jam also. All the staff could not have been more helpful in every way. I wish I could mention them all by name. Towels and sheets were lovely quality with comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything! Beautiful Riad located in the middle of the Medina on a quiet street. Host organises airport transfers and makes sure you are delivered directly to the door. Bedroom very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Fabulous breakfast every morning. All staff kind, and helpful. We had a ground floor room but there was no noise at all. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this place! I can only rave about this place. It was everything I look for: good location, full of culture, comfortable bed, terrific shower, quiet, centrally located in the heart of the old medina, friendly staff, spacious and newly remodeled rokm, a wonderful breakfast and a glass of welcome tea and water. The price point is fantastic!
