Whats not to like? Service is impeccable. Site, surroundings and room were beautiful. Family pool is by far the best we've visited. shallow all around with so much space and a few bubbles for children to play in. Food options are all lovely. The japanese rooftop was our favourite. If you enjoy the finer things in life, but still need to cater to your kids then this is the place to go. My son is autistic and eats very limited foods, everywhere we went someone was on hand with freshly cooked fries for him, even at breakfast! They even accommodated this on the japanese rooftop too. Nothing was too much effort. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing beautiful hotel, decorated Fantastic, helpful, nice, kind staff, from clean service, drivers, reception, restaurant staff,kitchen staff, menager, concierge service, Everyone take care of you, try make the best. Absolutely amazing, fresh, handmade breakfast, lunch, dinner. Room with amazing view, huge tarrase, balcony. Spacious. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom. I recommend use options trip with concierge service, we had amazing guide with us few days. We spend amazing time with our drives and we visit beautiful places. I recommend option with balloon but better rent for private option. Our breakfast was absolutely amazing, staff absolutely lovely, attentive for every detail.

This accomodation is pure perfection <3 We had a pleasure to stay here 5 days and nights. Staff is professional, nice and helpful, whatever you need - you get. I cannot remember all the names, but my sincere thanks to all the crew for making our stay so exceptional :) - Ziyad by the pool, Nassima in the Inara restaurant and many more. Breakfast is amazing and the helpful staff serving you the breakfast 10+. We enjoyed also very tasteful dinners in the restaurants and enjoyed the pool area and sun bathing. You just cannot believe how peaceful it can be in buzzling Marrakech. I hope I’ll come back soon!

we booked a trip to Marrakech last minute and chose Four Seasons. It is exactly as we expected and we have enjoyed greatly. First of all, the service is fantastic: staffs are friendly, responsive and considerate. Secondly, the heated family friendly pool/club, the child care facilities are amazing, we didn't even want to leave the hotel! In addition, the location is perfect: close to most of the attractions and the airport, it is also right next to a beautifal shopping mall. Thanks for giving us a wonderful vacation!

Like said in other comments, it is not a brand new hotel. So would be nice if the hotel could fix/upgrade their facilities. For example: the door stop is gone in our room, the shower head holder is loose, there is no usb portal in the room etc. For some reason our room service did not clean our bathtub and refill amendities for 2-3days, i called and this was fixed.

The hotel is evidently one of the better hotels in Marrakech. Its well planned, has a 5* ambiance. Nice facilities, is well located near the airport and Medina. The M Avenue next door is a nice shopping and F&B street. Staff were super friendly and attentive. I liked the adult pool as it was quiet and long enough for doing laps (35m long). The night time lighting of the buildings and gardens provides a pleasant experience.

We had some issues which were taken care of very quickly by the hotel. The room did feel a little dated.

There were two amazing pools with lots of room. Perfect for sunbathing. Excellent spa facilities available even without booking a treatment at the spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to explore. Live music in the evening. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The decoration is beautiful especially the lanterns. Easy to contact concierges via WhatsApp or their Four Seasons app. I felt safe in the resort.

Had to ask for a dental kit where it should have been provided. I think as a resort there should have been more activities available on site to do.

We loved everything about our hoilday..the staff at the hotel the hotel was amazing my wife is a vegan plus has allergies not once see was ill and they really went all out for you..we have stayed in the best hotel in the world and four seasons are very good.

The only thing was the price at the time when I booked in iv paid double.and the next day it was on half price which was bit up setting went there with all the full hearted the only thing which left a bad taste

Absolutely everything at the Four Seasons Marrakech is just perfect but what makes it so special is the staff- in every area of the hotel they go above and beyond, always smiling, to ensure guests have a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious and well equipped - Housekeeping is attentive. The extensive grounds and facilities ensure a relaxing environment. The pool area is luxurious and again staff extremely attentive. We used the spa a several times during our stay. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing and treatments are of a high quality. We could not recommend this hotel resort enough.

The resort was fantastic, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, from the reception staff to the housekeeping even the poolside staff, really appreciate how the management went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable especially Neila she went above and beyond Thanks everyone for making me and boys feel welcomed see you guys soon
