We had a wonderful stay here. There is a generous hospitality at the Riad that comes through in everything they do. I needed to catch up on some work and when they realised this, a work-station tray arrived in my room (without me asking) that made it so much easier. The housekeeper tidied and cleaned every day. The bathroom is decorated in Moroccan style but is of hotel quality and very good. The room, despite being a budget room also had heating as well as air con which was appreciated in February! The riad is easy to get to - its 20m or less from the main road which makes it easy for taxis to drop you off and is 10 minutes walk to Bab Rcif, one of the main gates to the medina. This is important because the medina is like a rabbit warren and very difficult to navigate. We also had a meal there and truly, it was the best meal we had in 3 weeks in Morocco. There's a lot of care and attention here. They don't wait to be asked - they just notice and respond so that you have a very comfortable stay. The hosts are lovely and easy to chat to. It's was great to hear about the riad and their family background. It gave me a real sense of the history of the house, the family and Fez. They're also personable but not pushy. If you need to organise a tour or a trip to the desert, they can do it. All you have to do is ask - but they won't be trying to "sell" to you, which is unusual in Morocco and Fez in particular. We stayed for 3 nights and I was genuinely sorry to leave.
Nothing. Everything was excellent. I have nothing negative to say at all.

This was the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The room was big, beautiful and very comfortable (we had the rooftop bedroom). There were lots of amenities (hairdryer, shampoo, safe, mini fridge...) and the room was very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful and the breakfast were delicious and with so many options. This is a family run establishment and we felt really good here.
The street were it's located, even though it's calm, it didn't feel very safe (as many streets around the medina)

The Riad is run by a local family who take very good care of their customers and facilities. The bed was the best bed we had in all of Morocco, luxury linens, firm mattress and great hot water pressure in the shower. Other perks included beautiful light fixtures, larger room size, tasteful furniture, exquisitely decorated lobby and plentiful breakfast with hot eggs, pancakes and breads! The location is ideal with walking distance to food and Medina attractions. Yahya was super helpful and gave us great tops for food and excursions. We will definitely come back to this riad whenever we visit Fas again
Literally nothing! Our room even had a working TV!

The location is stellar. Very close to the medina for exploring but on a quiet street that is easy to find when you arrive. Also easy to access by taxi drop off! Owners are kind, especially the Mrs. The bed was much more comfortable than our other Morocco accommodations! We booked the small room and it worked great for us. Breakfast was very tasty and the addition of the two kinds of cheeses was a welcomed addition to breakfast.
The room is loud from noise from other guests and the street. A nightly cat gang fight happened outside the window. But we had read this in other reviews. We aren’t light sleepers so it wasn’t too bad for us but would be a consideration if you are a light sleeper.

I have travelled all over the World, this is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in . The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was brilliant and more importantly the hosts are the nicest people you could meet. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area and eager to assist in any way possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to my friends, it is brilliant. Stay here above anywhere else, it makes sense. Thank you Fahafah and Hurria I will always remember my visit to your Road. Number 1 in Fez. Best regards, Mark

This is a beautifully updated 100+ year old riad located a short walk away from the souk (shopping area). We received a warm welcome from the owner and his wife, and gracious hospitality throughout our stay. They allowed us to drop off our luggage for safe storage before our check-in time. They watched them again after we checked out so we could do more exploring before we took them to our car (located in the secure parking area a short walk away from the riad). The room was charming AND comfortable: soft mattress, hot water and strong water pressure in the shower, and a heating/AC unit. This was our 7th place to stay in Morocco and was the highlight of our trip so far. We would love to come back here again!
Everything was wonderful.

Our husband and wife hosts were so friendly and accommodating, as was the man helping with breakfast etc. (please accept my apologies - my memory for names is not great). But they were all exceptional- from helping us get taxis, to tips on navigating the Medina, to anticipating when we needed the lights turned on to get up the stairs, to taking my wet clothes that I had hand washed and hung in the shower up to the roof to dry! Such attention to detail and graciousness made our stay all the better! The location was great - easy to find, quiet, and yet close to the all we wanted to see. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, breakfast was plentiful. We also had dinner here on our last night, and it was delicious! We highly recommend this road in Fez. Shuktan! ❤️

The couple running this family Riad have done a fabulous job with the property and they also look after their guests brilliantly. Ayyaub was a great waiter and also very helpful and friendly making sure we got safely to a restaurant and safely back as well. The Riad is situated in a place that is easy to find and just a short stroll to the Medina and restaurants. We were served an excellent breakfast and the dinner was also very tasty. To make everything perfect they have a lovely Hammam on site where you can enjoy the spa experience and a massage. We thoroughly recommend this Riad for your stay in Fes.
Nothing to dislike here.

Everything but mostly the hospitality. The young people who run the riad are some of the nicest I have met in Morocco. They saw to my every need, always smiling and helpful. Going above and beyond everyday to make my stay comfortable and convenient! Clean rooms, towels and soap always, a couple free bottles of water and offering to fill my own with filtered water was a really nice extra touch! Water pressure in both rooms I stayed was actually insanely good. The breakfast is incredible, often slightly different offering but always top quality and so much of it where you are waited on by all staff but especially the ever attentive Ayoub! Riad is beautiful and there's an attached spa if you're into that. I can't recommend Riad Fes Colors and Spa enough!
If I put anything here I would be lying.

We are two girls from Germany and stayed in this riad for two nights. We immediately felt at home and were warmly welcomed. The riad and our room were exceptionally beautiful. (You can see it in the pictures!!) We found it hard to leave because all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. All of our questions were always answered warmly and we received lots of tips for Fes. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. There was always fresh coffee and tea. The roof terrace with a view of Fes was an eye-catcher in this riad. It was very relaxing to sit there and drink mint tea. If we visit Fes again, we will definitely visit this riad again.
