This boutique hotel felt more like being welcomed into someone’s beautiful home than staying at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, every detail taken care of without us even having to ask. The staff are genuinely outstanding: warm, thoughtful, and truly committed to making your stay unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and even the smallest things are handled with care. The location is pure magic. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down with sunset views from the property was a daily highlight. Just outside our room was a quiet, private beach, clean, peaceful, and never crowded. Having that kind of secluded access to the sea made the whole stay feel even more special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, elegant without trying too hard, just like the rest of the hotel. The food and drinks were excellent, with a particularly generous and delicious breakfast each morning that we always looked forward to. One of the best parts of the trip was a private tour recommended by the staff. It was clear they only partner with people who meet their high standards, the experience was smooth, well-organized, and matched the hotel’s top-tier service perfectly. Truly, everything about this stay was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Xela has an incredible location right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the coastline. What really sets Xela apart is its modern interior, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed by the owner as a private home for family and friends, the thoughtful touches and cosy decor make you feel right at home. Each space is stylish yet comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The staff were super friendly, attentive and always ready to assist with anything from restaurant recommendations to arranging activities. Their genuine care for guests enhances the welcoming environment that makes this hotel so special. If you're looking for a delightful escape in Tulum, Xela is the perfect choice. We can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning soon!

We enjoyed every day of our stay at Xela. Everything exceeded our expectations: the stunning hotel amenities, the delicious food, and the exceptional service. The entire Concierge team was incredibly attentive, promptly addressing every request. They were quick to resolve any inquiries via WhatsApp. During our stay, we celebrated a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by arranging a surprise setup in our room and even ordering a birthday cake! This hotel is truly on another level, and we can’t wait to return.

Beautifully appointed and exceptionally attentive staff. The property was peaceful and almost felt like a private villa rental. Definitely recommend for a romantic, relaxing vacation.

Delicious breakfast, best location, top notch beach, excellent service (kudos to Manuel!), marvelous design. Couldn’t ask for more.
