- great location. Very close to convenient stores, laundry, food and walking distance to main areas. Also about a five minute drive from Bus depot - cheap! Great pricing and value for money! - Kitchen has fridge and dishes so you can enjoy meals in - Television has Netflix and YouTube as well as other streaming platforms inbuilt (convenient for stay in days) - Towels, pool towels, big mirror, toilet paper, flannette etc provided well which is handy since there is no housekeeping. - Two bathrooms!! Great for girls travelling and for space. - Host was fluent in English and replied promptly to queries. They also let us keep our luggage when we had to check out in the room which made it convenient and helpful for our stay! The hosts support definitely makes it worthwhile (especially when you’re stressed when travelling).

- the smell inside the rooms. You get used to it when AC is on. But there are no large windows/ natural sunlight coming inside. Not a biggie, you get used to it. - one of the bedroom lights wasn’t working but not a big deal because downstairs was working fine!

It was really spacious and modern apartment and behind a extra gate. Even some extra space to take a break and have some coffee (which they give you). We had some questions about the WiFi and some coffee and the response was very quick. Also well equipped with the basics for cooking. Really great bed. The pool was okay to cool down a bit. In a somewhat less nice but safe neighbourhood and quite close to everything. Would recommend staying here and in pueblo over tulum beach.

A little bit dirty floor but you only notice if walking barefoot

Dear all, this is probably the best you can get in Tulum for the money you pay. it has everything: pans and pots cutlery and dishes towels and new shampoos balcony clean beautiful rooms terrace with swimming pool and... ...at last first Mexican host who provides laundry and even drying service without charging extra money!

i hate to say anything negative about such a great experience, but if you get a room facing the street then you would hear some noises. one quite bad thing: the rooms must have very thick walls; the WiFi often does not make it to the bedroom.

The room was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and having access to a kitchen was very helpful. Although we couldn’t find anything in the local supermarkets to cook a meal with other than plain rice or pasta.

The only thing I think they can improve on is providing drinking water. Also I don’t remember there being a safe to keep valuables in. This was only a short stop off location for us so the location was fine but if you’re looking for a beach holiday I would recommend staying somewhere closer.

Very nice room! Facility so well organised, the building contains of multiple rooms and the host have made it so easy to access! Room was clean, bed really nice, and well equipped kitchen! Supper kind personal and really helpful!

Location was in the centre very good access to beach as well. Except it was a bit in the suburbs. I would have preferred it to be in a more accessible location. But it’s just minor things!

Lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The little kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy for us to make some breakfast. The bathroom is clean and the shower has good pressure. It’s in a good quiet location. The roof is good for sunset but the pool is very chilly! Communication through booking was easy and the owner very helpful. The apartments felt very safe with the gate downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Appartment freshly renovated, well decorated and modern. It’s fully equipped for 2 person and it’s really close to the Ado station what we were looking for. Instructions for check in were very clear and we had no problem, and the communication with the host was always quickly answered. Of course we have to mention the beautiful terrace with a pool, good place to see the sunset.

There’s nothing especial to mention, everything was within the conditions expected :) it’s a shame the apartment didn’t have more natural light, only the windows from the bathroom and a small one in the bedroom, at least on the apartment we got on the ground floor.

The location, walking distance to many places to eat/drink/dance and grocery’s. Literally 5min walking from ADO bus station.

No one is perfect, but having nasty guest leaving their garbage next to the entry door was not representing the nice place it’s being offered. Nothing the host can do about it.

We really liked the location, nice quiet area but close to everything. Good kitchen in the unit with a single induction stovetop. Bed was super comfortable. Check in was easy with key in external lockbox. Pool area was a bonus and great perch to see the town and enjoy the sunset.

Water pressure could be better in the shower. The shower never got hot but wasn't a big deal as it a warm climate.

The place is beautiful and the bed is super comfortable. If you’re staying for a while it’s the perfect little tranquil spot. Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Lots of options for food nearby.

The pool is a bit swampy looking. Think it’s maintained by the building though and not the renter.
