The room was spacious and clean. Great AC. Right next to Dos ojos cenotes. Also had an attached restaurant which serves us breakfast and we ate dinner there as well. Delicious and convenient. It isn't too far from Tulum ruins or diving. If you want to do the whale shark expedition, just prepare to be up early and have your own car. Actually, you probably need a car anyway. Taxis are expensive to go anywhere near here. But the staff is friendly, there is a small pool, large room with great ac. Would stay here again for sure. I don't like the really large resorts around, and this keeps it local, is much cheaper and was great.

Taxi ride from Barcelo was too expensive (had nothing to do with actual hotel)- just a little further out than I would have liked. Otherwise, things were great

The staff were wonderful as was the food in the restaurant, really incredibly delicioud seafood perfectly prepared in a small bistro like setting. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathrooms small but beautifully done. The small pool and relaxing patio was perfect for our family with a 10 and 13 year old to relax between other activities. I was also impressed by tbe fluffy towels and pillows as well as the perfect bedding for the climate. The air conditioning kept us cool andvwe apeeciated all the drawers to keep us organized.

A third bed or couch would have made it even better or even 1 bunk bed instead on 2 full beds

We were welcome by José, very nice staff who explained everything to us and help us out with luggage to the bedroom. We did have an issue with our bedroom few hours after our check-in and José again assist us out and change our bedroom. Breakfast was simple but tasty plus food offered in the menu was also tasty with a good price. Location was perfect for us as our plan was to visit Cenote Dos Ojos. We would like to thank José, Daniel and all the other staff for such a nice stay and attention.

Nothing to complain

The staff was so nice, extremely accommodating. Our room was clean, well lit, colorful, adorable. And the FOOD WAS AMAZING!

Because of it's location, highway noise was a constant. Couldn't really be heard in our room but outside it was very plainly heard, which wasn't ideal. Also we couldn't get Netflix to work on the smart TV, which kind of ruined our quiet night in.

Hacienda Dos Ojos is a family friendly hotel that I stayed in with my husband and my mom. The stuff is super friendly, local people working in the restaurant make delicious food and drinks. The rooms are cozy, housekeeping every day with fresh towels. If you are looking for local attractions they are driving distance from the hotel. AC in the rooms.

We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and we spend around a week on this hotel and we are very happy with it. It is located right next to the best cenotes on the area and it is quite easy to find. Room are quite clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Tv has cable and there is quite good space to store all your clothes. Breakfast is yummy but simple, You can choose between 5 options and all include a juice or a coffee. Service is quite good, Daniel gave us a lot of tips for us to walk around the area. They were also kind enough to do laundry for us and the cleaning lady came and explained me the process to ensure no clothes loose their color on the process. Our kids loved the small pool, just make sure if you go at night use repellent as the mosquitos go around the pool at that time . We will come back !

Good value for money and comfortable room. This hacienda is just outside of Tulum off the highway so perfect if driving like we did, wouldn't recommend if you don't have a car though. Really friendly staff and great restaurant on site. Room rate also included a good breakfast. Despite being by highway traffic noise didn't disturb us

Would recommend a ground level room as on top level there was a tower of some sort that made some flapping noises which were a bit disturbing during the night

Please consider renting a car in Mexico!!!!

Location was ideal, especially for access to Dos Ojos Cenote complex. Being right next to the highway, naturally there was some road noise. Staff were great, especially Jose May, who was friendly, welcoming and full of fun. An excellent hearty breakfast with good coffee.

This hacienda is very nice with big rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any issues and try to help you. The breakfast was good and it also has a little pool in the backyard. Small and friendly place with also a good restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The hacienda is close to the road, so a little noise, but good located to come around.
