The beach is very good. All the bars are amazing. The restaurants are very good. All service people are very friendly. The bedroom is big, clean. Hotel introduction by the apps online or electronic screen in the main hall is very clear and convenient.

Air conditioning is not very satisfied. Front desk at middle night is not very nice when I need help, especially I cannot speak Spanish. The king size beds on the beach are very bad idea. The beds destroy the natural beauty of the beach. My shower room has slope and very slippery. The air conditioning in my bedroom cannot be effectively adjusted, especially when heating is needed. WIFI in the hotel does not cover enough, especially at end of building. Check in and check out time is too long. Especially check out time is no acceptable. The hotel should introduce its daily programs, activity locations by a booklet. That will be friendly to all kinds of people.

The property was nice overall. We had the family suite, with 2 connecting rooms for our kids which was great. The pool area was large with 3 connecting pools and easy access to many food choices and bar. I liked that this hotel had a variety of food options with 2 buffet areas and 5 restaurants. Beach area was nice with many beach chairs and activites. Sushi was a plus too. Nightlife was great with a Michael Jackson show that was really awesome and marachis. If you plan to take children this is a great option to stay at , with a daycare included.

the buffet was not the best for lunch and dinner. It was so hard to get a reservation for the dinner restaurants. There was no stores close enough to go walk and do shopping outside of the property. Also, we didn't like that they didn't allow local vendors on the beach to come by and sell items.

Everything was great except for a few more night life parties away from the band .. but apart from that I had a good time , food was excellent, place is very clean , staff is pleasant I sit by the pool and beach and they catered to me and my husband just give a tip 😂.. this my second time there I was there in 2019 and the food was horrible but I decided to give it another try because of the location you can take the bus for 1UD $ and go about ur business, and I must say the restaurant/ buffet food was always hot and meal was very good .. as for the seafood restaurant I’m allergic so I didn’t eat there , but staff is very hardworking and I’ll definitely be back 💯💯

Just need more night life for adults .

No waves in ocean. Food was good.

Pool water was cold. Kids pool was really cold.

-Variety in restaurants and bars. Restaurants were open long hours so you were able to eat early/late. -Staff at the restaurants and bars were super polite and friendly. -room was spacious and better than expected from photos.

-It would have been nice the beach to be cleaned from sea weed once a day maybe. -Cocktail quality was horrible. They all taste the same, the alcohol was watered. Cheap cocktail syrups was all you could taste. -Loud music started at pool area at 7am and was waking you up. -we needed a glue as a piece of our luggage was broken and nobody wanted to help at the reception.A massive hotel like that does not have glue to let us use for a second?

Hotel lobby was stunning and always smelled like fresh peaches and calla lilies. Beach was clean, beautiful sand, and clean water with very little sea grass. Easy to go for long walks down the beach past other resorts. Beach volleyball and soccer nets available. Kayaking in ropes off area were available. Beach is close (across the water) to the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeures so cool to see all of the different boat traffic from the shore. Pools were clean, lots of lounge chairs, and the beach towels were a nice, large size. Wifi connection was good but limited to two devices per room. Food at buffets and a la cart restaurants was very good with plenty of variations. Coffee shop was lovely for coffee, cold blends, and teas, both hot and cold. Ice cream was a nice treat each day. The fresh pico de gallo at the snack bar was amazing! The concierge staff was very helpful for assisting with local calls as I didn’t have data on my phone. Every person on staff that we interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. Entertainment was good…didn’t go every night though. Recreation staff provided some fun games and activities during the day to engage guests and children. Music played from speakers most of the day too. Walking off the resort along the main road was safe and easy with the great pedestrian pathway. Even walked one way to the Puerto Marina Cancún shopping mall…beautiful mall (great for adolescents/young adults/adults) and easy to get a taxi to and from hotel if you didn’t feel like walking 3km.

Having wifi available to unlimited devices in room would have been appreciated. The cost of items like sunscreen in the gift shop was extremely expensive ($41 USD for 180 ml).

I managed to get a Genius promotion/discount, so the price ended up being excellent considering it is an all inclusive, and many hotels that didn't even offer breakfast were more expensive than this. Not sure I would have the same opinion had I paid full price. If you are planning to stay in the hotel and do nothing else, you should consider other options, if it is just a place where you eat, sleep and rest after adventuring, then I definitely recommend it. Wifi was good. Staff were helpfull.

Standard is Mocktail, you've gotta ask for alcohol if you want it, There is no real fruit in the Cocktail/Mocktail, only industrialized syrups The rooms need an up do and so do the pillows, they stink No Frigobar No water in the rooms Not enough shampoo replenishing, specially if you are a family There are queues to reserve restaurants or, depending on the time, for the buffet as well. Restaurant times are weird, and they are closed between 4 and 6, so no much food around when you get back hungry from a day out, If you want to enjoy the Caribbean sea, this is by far NOT the most beautiful beach, They may have enough staff over the weekend, but from Tuesday rooms get cleaned up after 5pm Swimming pool was closed all day because of chlorine excess (??) Gym needs aircon

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was! There was staff stationed all over the building to help you with anything you may need. The front lobby made sure you were getting on the right shuttle for hotel transfers and any tours you may have booked. You have access to not only the beach directly in front of oasis palm but next door at the sens as well. If you have an ocean view room with the balcony the noise level was fairly high at night time- we adjusted to it just fine but if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t get a balcony room. Overall the food was really good as well.

as advertised you can tour the caption hook ship that is permanently stationed at the dock but we were unable to do that as included in part of our stay. You had to pay for the caption hook tour that actually went on a boat ride

The hotel in general was good. Staff was very friendly and respectful. This is a hotel for families with children. They have plenty of activities and facilities for kids including a Jurassic theme park. Food is really good. They have a restaurant called Maki Taco and it's SUBLIME! must do if you are in Cancun.

Hotel staff never answered my messages via Booking.com prior arrival. I was not able to arrange a Shuttle service (even with additional charge). I needed to take a taxi from airport and they over charged me (Xelbor Cab avoid using them). Long queues to get drinks and food (especially for kids). I didn't like the fact that Marine Army, Mexican National Guard and Police were around during my stay due to a shooting episode that happened in the hotel next door on December 7th 2021. It was an awful day and my family and I felt threatened.

Travelling with young children. The facilities in the hotel are very good. Activities and shows everyday. Big variety of restaurants. Beach and pool areas well maintained and clean. Very good food. Awesome staff always friendly and helpful. Hotel is conviniently located beside the harbour where the boats depart for isla mujeres.

Although the restaurants are good and there is a lot of options, you will need to line up 1 hour before the opening of the restaurant or the time they start taking rever actions if you want to get a table. Usually for the buffets the line moves quickly if there is one
