The area was a good area, most of the staff were kind and detailed. It could be cleaner. There was stains by the trash, when we first came in and after the cleaning crew came by too but they were very kind. The only problem w the staff was that Felipe who delivered the food with room service was very rude, even my mom listened over the phone how he was rude and firm and loud. Also in check in the guy who checked us in didn't specify where the elevators were and he was very short with the check in and felt like he could have done better and bc of that we missed a lot of info and we got lost when we were dismissed with the check in. The price also given here even after the taxes is incorrect, they charged me about $80 more.but it was too late to do anything about it. He said it was extra fees and no it wasnt the taxes. Over all it was a nice stay. The view of the Mountains was beautiful and would stay again.

The extra money we had to pay in fees not stated anywhere but when we got there. The rude staff member in room services, Felipe. That the person who checked us in was very short in the check in and I felt like he left out a lot of info. Also the cleaning crew didn't change the covers cause they were dirty from food I accidentally spilled and they just arranged the blanket differently but I noticed.

Great location for our needs. We got upgraded to nicely renovated last floor, with awesome view of the mountains; clean and spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast included. On-site free parking. Very close to shopping mall and restaurants

A bit expensive, compared to similar hotels. Air conditioner in the room did not cool well enough. Technicians came promptly but only the last day it improved a bit.

This is a very nice hotel, in an area where there are multiple restaurants very handy, including one affiliated with the hotel. Everything was high class and we had no complaints. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Because we were schlepping a bunch of stuff on a long road trip, it was nice that they had a covered garage that felt secure.

The directions about how to managed the check-in procee when arriving by car were very confusing. They need to be described in much better detail in the on-line descriptions.

Breakfast service at the restaurant, not because the staff, there was a dance event, I think the hotel was fully booked and it seems to me that the kitchen is not prepared to have full restaurant. But the waiters do their best and have excellent attitude.

Restaurant,.....in my humble opinion has a lower quality in the presence and food quality versus the Hotel Quality. restaurant's high price vs the alternatives or food options and the space and furniture is not according to the Hotel Quality Level.

The coffee was excellent, but I forgot my key in the room. I requested assistance from desk personnel unfortunately took forever and I was in a hurry, so I left the hotel and bought an expensive and tasteless coffee at Starbucks.

very good breakfast. Really love it. Wifi can be a bit bad sometimes, like 70% of the time i used are good. the room is quite big, i can listen to music out loud without bothering others.
