the hotel is comfortable and beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone there made us feel like we were home.

Breakfast does not have a very attractive menu and everyday they were playing Brazilian music. This is disappointing because I am Brazilian and I was in Mexico to enjoy another culture and would have loved to listen to more music from Mexico.

I visited this location several years ago and found the service level unacceptable. After my initial trip, I vowed never to return there. However, when I learned that a friend of mine was going for business, I decided to give them a second chance. This time, I am so happy that I went! Upon arrival, I could feel a different energy; the staff was very accommodating, and I learned that they have been making it a priority to hire highly trained staff and improve their amenities, restaurants, spa services, etc. Also, the beach is beautiful!

Although they offer golf cart drivers to escort guests from various rooms to the main lobby/restaurants, the paths could use a bit more light for the villas with jungle views.

service was excellent and personal. choice of restaurants and several evenings with key events provided a log of variety. having adults only pool also improved the experience

incessant and too loud background music, sometimes duelling. we did ask to get it turned and that worked. a shame when the backdrop is natural waves and beautiful bird life

Beach and pool were excellent. We stayed in the jungle room which had a beautiful view of the foliage. The restaurants offered a number of vegetarian and vegan options which we appreciated.

I can’t think of much to change. The staff were all helpful and friendly but never intrusive. Really the only suggestion is that you not allow people to claim space and chairs at the pool or beach by placing towels and other items then not returning for hours. It didn’t impact us too much but I find that to be an annoyance when I show up and can’t find a good chair yet the chairs I’d like to use aren’t occupied.

The food was very good (especially at Spice Market) and the staff - from concierge to gardeners - were very friendly.

In our room, the trash can in the toilet cabin was broken and the television was hanging sideways and forward. We reserved for 2 people but there was only one bathrobe provided.

There is not enough staff in the pools, in the bar and the Venazú restaurant for breakfast, the service is slow. Two days the cleaning if the room was funde too late. Too much noise for morning activities near the lake since 8:30am The music is always the same kind electronic, needs more variety. The front desk have guys don’t solve issues promptly.

Everything was wonderful, the installations are simply amazing, the staff in the whole hotel is fantastic, lovely and so professional, the food was absolutely delicious, everybody made our stay so special and beautiful. I can’t wait to be back in this paradise

A bit pricey but expected in this kind of resorts

Absolutely beautiful property, peaceful, decor was lovely ( especially the tile work )and every staff member we encountered was SO wonderful!! EXCELLENT staff! Especially the guys at the valet who drove us back and forth on the golf carts and the bartenders at the bar at the bottom of the stairs

The sheets and bed in general could have been a little more comfortable. The food at the restaurant next to the bar was just ok…

All good! Just be aware that at the checkout time it might be problematic to get a car to drive your luggage to reception. Take this into account on your way back to airport.

A complete dream, so comfortable, amazing staff, beautiful adult pool overlooking the beach. Just stunning, a true paradise.

The food is very expensive and tbh we had better flavours in Mexico City and local towns for a lot less.
