We stayed in March 2025 — everything was perfect. The island is small but very picturesque and well-maintained. We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool — surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful scenery and a sense of complete privacy. Right across from our villa was a golf simulator, which we used several times since we enjoy playing golf. The main restaurant pleasantly surprised us — the food was tasty and varied. Among the à la carte options, the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We dined there several times, and the dishes were truly outstanding. The spa was also a highlight — the massage was absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. Special thanks to the staff — polite, attentive, and very detail-oriented. We were left with only the best impressions of our stay.

The only thing is that there are no bicycles available for guests — they’re only used by the hotel staff.

Beautiful island …. Paradise. Plenty of activities. Yoga twice a day. Staff amazing could not do enough .

The intimacy of each customer is a priority for the hotel. - the entire staff was absolutely incredible, I’ve never experienced such quality of service. thank you for your kindness - food was delicious: especially breakfast and Crab Shack restaurant. It was amazing. - a lot of cool activities were proposed - sand bank + the beach were more than beautiful, there’s no word. The color of the sand and of the sea is stunning. I could stay the entire day on my sunbed which were amazing by the way, and a very kind waiter was bringing us some water / cocktails - our beach room was huge, so nice, the bed was amazing. The bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams - no mosquitos at all - arrival at the airport, with a private lounge.

if I have to say something: - the week we were there was really windy, it was not easy to swim, and I think it’s often the case, + you have corals so good to have aqua shoes - I would have liked to be able to have my sun bed in front of my villa closer to the sea but it was not possible but of lack of sand - you know it’s pricy when you book this hotel and it’s the same on site, you just have to be aware of it. for instance, when you don’t want to eat much, it’s not always easy to find not expensive meals.

The welcome was incredible and instantly put up into relaxation mode, the service and choice of food was excellent. The colours of the water were so special. Could not have asked for a better honeymoon. We loved every minute. The boat trip to see dolphins was 10/10. Everything about this is 5* luxury, we will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Client services are just on a high range of standards. Had problems with a noise from baggis, staff offered us different options to move. And we were able to get a much more quiet villa.Thank you!!!

Friendly, caring, and cheerful service, and every little detail of the design is a small masterpiece. The food is of a high standard (each night features a different culinary theme). The sea life simply blew my mind! Fantastic creatures and dreamy landscapes abound. The ocean pool villa became my second home, bringing pure bliss: greeting the sunset, watching ocean waves with a cup of coffee, swimming to my favorite music, and taking aromatic baths. Special thanks to Maria and Ana for being caring, kind, friendly, and cheerful. I'll remember this experience for my whole life!

Don't want to leave

It was our second visit to this hotel. Everything remained at the same high level as on our first visit. The villa with sunset and ocean view was lovely. Good maintenance, cleanliness, service - everything was top notch. We felt the care and attention to detail in the hotel. The cuisine was varied, everything is fresh and delicious. Several restaurants with a variety of cuisine. The main advantage of the hotel is a beautiful live reef, in the last days a huge turtle came directly to the villa and was in the lagoon for a few days, it was unforgettable.

The gorgeous resort, friendliness of the staff, quality of food and wide variety of entertainment options all contributed to a beautiful and memorable holiday experience.

Wow what can I say this place was out of this world! We had an ocean water villa and it was gorgeous! Theres even a wine fridge in the villa! The beaches were incredible, the cocktails were amazing (shout out to vaishak who worked at the swim up bar he was fantastic). I wasn’t drinking because I was pregnant and there were so many options for me for fun things to drink! It was a dream come true!

I’d like the resort to encourage people to pick up washed up litter along the sandbank, maybe have some bags you can take whilst walking along to help the ocean a little bit! Also it’s impossible to get into the a la carte restaurants. I stupidly read the reviews but though because we weren’t on the all inclusive package that we would get priority, that was not the case, we ended eating in the villa a few nights because of this, which wasn’t a bad thing to be fair!

This was the most perfect honeymoon location! Finolhu was picture perfect and far surpassed our expectations. The staff were very warm and friendly, our over water villa was spacious and had fantastic views (we had both a lagoon side view - which I LOVED - it was overlooking swimming pool-like water) and a reef villa (the only downside was the dead coral and how far we had to swim to reach the drop-off where most of the fish are). We found this amazing spot on the island where we could swim from the beach to the drop-off and the snorkeling was AMAZING - we even found a shark (they are not harmful). The food was great and we loved walking to the Crab Shack (GET THE LOBSTER LINGUINI!). Still dreaming of this amazing vacation.
