Very modern and amazingly located in terminal 2. While getting e-boarding passes and no checked bags took us 10 minutes to go from hotel check out to gate. Rooms were very comfortable and modern.

Location in Apple Maps isn’t accurate and signs in the airport are little bit confusing. End up in another hotel in terminal 2 and they gave us the directions to the hotel. It was at the end relatively easy but I think signage could be better. Other thing is that they have prices for 6/12/24 hours and despite I mentioned was checking out within 12 hours the staff didn’t listen and proceeded with 24 hrs.

This hotel is new! The bed is comfy and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room and they had an iridescent center-piece. They have gym in the hotel which is a plus for me and I managed to get my yoga workout done. The common area shower room has steam bath function as well. It was perfect for my stay as I had a long layover and wasn't feeling up for heading down to town (which apparently takes anywhere from 40 mins - 1.5 hours).

The meal was not included in my booking. :( However, I topped up some money for the food because they serve meat-free meals. Feels like a healthier choice since I have been travelling and not getting much option.

The most important part for me was that the hotel was located directly inside the airport - so I could have a good rest between flights without the anxiety of dealing with logistics outside. The bed was clean and comfortable and everything else was a bonus. I would stay here again if I have another long layover.

Menu was plant based, but I guess I can't complain, sometimes being forced to eat healthy isn't exactly a bad thing.

Good proximity to the airport, very helpful staff at check-in. Strong WiFi that still worked at the other end of the food court. Funky looking lighting in the room. It was clean and comfortable with good Aircon.

The walls are very thin so that might bother some people. Figuring out how to turn off the lights is a challenge. I could hear the other time trying to figure it out too. It's hard to step out of the shower with the slippery step.

This hotel is located in the airport, very good choice if you have an overnight transfer. The room was sound proofed and the bed was comfortable.

It was hard to find. There were no signs to guide us to find it especially the hotel was not on a regular floor, it was on a floor between level 2 and level 3, somewhere called level 2m. We really struggled to find it. 😰 The lights in the hotel and in the room made me dizzy.

The Capsule Transit MAX (Terminal 2) was perfect for a short stopover to catch my early morning connecting flight to Langkawi. It wouldn’t have been worth the time to take a train or taxi to Kuala Lumpur city just to book a hotel there. The Capsule Transit is located past immigration, in an area with plenty of dining and shopping options.

The price for a 12-hour stay is quite high but I felt comfortable.

Location, location, location! It’s all about the location. Capsule Max is located in terminal 2 steps away from the departure gates entry point making it super convenient, especially for those early red eye flights. Futuristic vibe, nice amenities and super comfortable bed.

We felt that the price point was a bit high for the 12 hour maximum stay time, although the convenience makes up for this.

Convenient to the airport. It was very comfortable for a much needed rest between long flights. Check in was straightforward and staff were as helpful as I could expect. The room was basic but had all the facilities I would expect.

The only complaint was the poor drainage in the shower. If you used the overhead shower option the tray quickly filled up and threatened to flood into the room.

Little bit damp / mouldy smelling in the corridor but that’s all I could pick with this place.

It wasn’t clear when booking about having to leave departure terminal and go through immigration to access hotel- although this ended up being really easy. You just have to complete a tourist on arrival survey before leaving immigration.
