Overall for the price paid. The quality of room is good enough.

Needs some cleaning at some parts. Some maintenance on shower area and toilet area.

The chinese boy that attended to me was really good. I came early cos i had an appointment later and would be back late. He handled check in for me and even help me merge different reservations from different app so that i need not move rooms. I noticed he handled other customers that had lots of questions with patience and answered all their queries. As i checked in early i didn't go to the room till much later, almost midnight, but the keys worked and room was clean. Bathroom could be cleaner but its ok for budget hotel value. Definitely will return. Thanks

Quiet, comfy and clean linen. Walking distance to variety food outlets mostly Korean and Japanese restaurants, 24/7 stores, Watson, pharmacies , banks etc. Perfect for those who need something suddenly.

Newly wall paint odour in the toilet. Manage to reduce with deodoriser I’ve bought from Watson which is nearby. Lift broken 2 days before I checked out. Have to carry big luggage weighed 30kg all the way down from 2nd floor.

Basically, it's clean. Sound insulation is also quite good.

First, it's hard to find a parking place. Besides, the toilet floor is a little dirty. Moreover,the room I ordered has two double beds. The design of the room becomes separated by a cabinet in the middle. Actually this is a great design, but the problem become it is not cold enough for the other side which is not facing the air conditioner.

Nearby have a lot of shops and food.staff was friendly,room is clean and the water pressure is good enough.

Car park. Outside car park always full and need to pay by hours because of the nearby have a lot of the shops lot l but luckily back of the hotel have 1 public multiple car park budding need to pay but is covering car park, inside have a lot car park

Great bedding and shower amenities. Airconditioning was strong and effective. Overall worth the price.

Overall location isn't the best. Stayed the night due to concert event at the nearby stadium. Barely any food stores open late nearby, and no delivery drivers operating in the vicinity. So stock up on food if you plan to eat late.

Friendly staff and a very good location. Lots of foods, shops and restaurants around. Good value for the budget hotel and closed to Axiata Arena. Wasn’t a new hotel so most of facilities are old and there did have a smoking odor inside the room but you won’t smell it after aircon turned on. Overall it’s a nice stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable, but the bedsheets and towels did smell like it wasn't dried properly. Otherwise all was ok

Location of the hotel. Easy to find food and near to bukit jalil. Nice bed and pillows, facilities all prep ready.

The odor of the hotel room, had a smoking smell after I came back to the room. Most likely next door smoking affects my room.
