The complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, providing a more comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. The comfortable bed contributed to a restful night's sleep, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized the next morning. The willingness of the staff to address issues promptly, such as upgrading the room without additional charges, demonstrated good customer service.

Initial inconvenience with an uncleaned room upon arrival was disappointing and set a less-than-ideal tone for the stay. Difficulty finding suitable parking added frustration to the experience, making the initial moments less pleasant. The absence of a remote for the air conditioning unit limited control over the room's temperature, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

Cheap price and a very good location.

There was no elevator in the hotel, and no trash can in the room.

Firstly the staff were very welcoming & friendly and always on hand to help out with anything you needed, The male receptionist was very polite, my room was on the ground floor which for most people can be daunting but for me I was fine with that, the room was clean & comfortable

I don't recall seeing a welcoming book or leaflet for additional services I.e. breakfast service (optional as I did not book a room with breakfast) or recommendations for local restaurants/cafes/pubs, & also some drinking water either a jug of tap water or bottle water would be more helpful

Loved the staff! The administrator light colored hair woman accepting us on the 23rd of May was exceptionally great! She helped us to navigate to the parking because we got lost there. Massive thanks to her for being so kind and helpful!! Room was clean, neat, comfortable. Wifi was great! The shops are very close by! Area is also relatively quiet, especially at night, so the sleep is very peaceful. A big plus - there was a very cozy blanket, and i needed that! :)

Maybe the AC over the head of the bed wasn't the nicest thing. It was quite loud. We also needed it to be on due to the heat, but it was too cold at night, blowing right at the bed, hence why we had to fiddle it to work for us. Also, it's a bit scary when it's hanging right over your head haha!

Very quiet location, with the window open at night it was completely silent other than the sounds of the rain. Bedding and beds were very comfortable, fridge & cooking facilities, supermarket & restaurant really close. Walking distance from points of interest. Quiet & adjustable central heating. Felt safe & secluded. We downloaded the Bolt app (like local Uber) and it was €2.5 to the airport and €1.7 to get accross town. Can also hire electric scooters with it.

You could hear the neighbouring apartments, the last 2 days we had a group of 5 lads next door, who were quite noisy, however there were quiet after we spoke them and caused no issues. Everyone we encountered on this trip were very polite and respectful.

We stayed at the small but cozy studio with balcony at Sevcenkos g 20, not at the main hotel, and we liked our stay there :) The studio is equipped with everything you might need - there's even coffee and some herbs to spice your food. The towels were clean and the bathroom is modern and clean too. There's a big TV and the internet connection is awesome (450mb).

I expected the studio to be a bit bigger, so I'd say it's more suitable for 1-2 persons, than for a family, but if you don't mind smaller apartments, it would even suit for a family like ours.

Amazing location, very close to the airport and old town. Also near public transportation stops. Grocery store right across the street. Place has fridge, stove, pots, utensiles. They had portable bed for my 2 yo set up as I had requested for free.

No issues. I guess parking is first come first served however, if you ask, they will tell you where to park - we scored spot right by the building (camera monitored) that I could park for free. It was actualy better for me as I needed parking longer then their check out time.

Simple and beautiful, authentic atmosphere of Naujamiestis. Big windows in the living room open view to little yard with trees. You wake up and hear birds singing in this yard and immediately fill yourself refreshing and calm. We were 2 with a dog but chose room for 5 - it was almost same price as smaller rooms but it was worth it, rather spacious and relaxing. Interesting idea with the garderobe space behind the bed wall.

Just small advise to the visitors of the top floor rooms - the building roof has angle and the ceiling is also inclined, so please be careful and watch your head if you are tall

The room was clean and warm, there was a kettle with some dishes and cups, and a fridge. The bathroom was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the room was overall quiet, Wi-Fi worked but was a bit slow and jumpy. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the staff members were nice and helped with questions. When I stayed the hotel did not have a breakfast on site, but they gave a discount to the nearby nice restaurant. The location is not exactly in the city center, but there is a shop nearby and different transport stops are within 5-7 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay for 1 night, but the place is more than suitable for several nights.

This is a quiet and comfortable hotel in the very center of Vilnius (15-20 minutes from the railway station and 5 minutes from a big grocery). Our room was fantastic, spacious and well equipped (kettle, dishes, a lot of furniture). Really, I haven't seen most of these things in 4-5 star hotels. The staff is nice and helpful. We were completely satisfied with our stay and definitely will return back.

Keep in mind that the hotel's doors are open until midnight. If you are going to check-in later, you should contact the property (completely no problems with this).
