Traveling with 3 kids so the waterpark was nice. Rooms were spacious. Pizza and chicken tenders from restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub stay open later.

Found poop alongside pool not even 5 minutes of it being open… told 3 workers about it and they argued over whose turn it was to clean up. Yellow slide was closed. Beware of Bartender near the hot tub.. he adds extra onto your bill. Ordered 2 drinks, before i swiped i checked the bar menu again and told him that’s not the correct total, he gets mad, grabs the POS and changes the amount. 10-15 kids in the hot tub at a time, jumping in like it’s the pool, playing on the disabled chair going up and down. No fan in the bathroom.

The indoor pool

We had no elevator where we stayed in our building. The blinds allowed others to peek through. The connecting room was not what we expected or even wanted. The bedroom & bathroom smells were awful. Finding our building was extremely difficult and getting to the room was irritating to say the least, because we had to walk up several flights of stairs.

I was in room 5214 and loved our view. When we got to our room we noticed the TV didn't work. I texted the front desk and we went for a walk around the property. When we got back the TV was fixed. I appreciated the fast service.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Water park does close early (5 or 6 pm) which was kind of a bummer but main pool and hot tub are open until 10.

Hear me out. THE VALUE of this place when booked Monday -Thursday cannot be beat. We paid $89 + the $49 resort fee for 3 adults and one kid. Now the rooms aren’t shiny and new, but they are clean, comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. If you are coming for kids 12 and under this is PLENTY to give them a great time at a great price. We had a great time and are already planning to be back.

The pillows were stiff, but the only negative I can think of.

Some kid throw up in the pool, and they didn't close the pool down. Rooms could have used a dress, I hated living out of my suit case for a week

Great location. There's lots to do on the premises, and it's easy to get around. The breakfast options were good, too. We didn't exhaust all the facilities, there was a lot to do.

The salespeople from the attraction center. I felt taken advantage of because we were lodged there. The packages should be recommended not forced on guests in the guise of being "free gifts ".

Rooms were cozy and clean. Water park was amazing. My daughter is 8 and we had a great time. Lifeguards we’re attentive. I loved that the room key was incorporated into your wristband. Made it so simple to carry less items when in the park. Checkin time was busy but it didn’t take long as the desk was fully opened with every station having someone checking everyone in. Parking wasn’t a hassle at all. We will definitely be back.

Asked for a pool view, I will not do that again. It’s so loud and the water park lights are on 24/7. The room didn’t not have curtains, only dark blinds so it was hard to sleep. Walls are paper thin too. The people next to us had a baby and we woke up every two hours to the sound of the crying child. Also, the AC unit was LOUD. Very prominent buzzing sound. The arcade wasn’t worth the money you spent.

Great place for kids! Toddler/baby water park is contained and covered from the sun. Perfect for kids to spend all day playing the water without needing to worry about sunburn. Property is easy to find and plenty of parking. Rooms are big! Great place for the littles who love water. They do shows/music on certain days. We were there for a few days so we got to jam out to the DJ playing by the pool. Another day we watched a performance with fire spinners, doing the dance and traditions. from the Pacific islands (think Dwayne Johnson or Disneys film Moana). Three pools are located on the property. One is a smaller outdoor pool towards the front behind the main reception building (this is surrounded by rooms) This more meant for adults. The second pool is the kids/toddler pool which is covered from the sun and that is located in the center of the resort. This pool has the kids water park and slides to enjoy. Rooms/restaurants/arcades/bars next to this pool. Third pool area is the big water park you can see from the interstate. Not shaded or covered and that is located towards the rear. No rooms or other buildings enclose it. Breakfast buffet is worth it. Plenty of options and plenty of servings available. They do have a MASSIVE self help laundry room located near the center pool as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They do open the kids pool and water park later than the first pool. I did see them cleaning after the pools close and before they open. Also, observed the staff taking water readings Prior to opening the pools. Starbucks is Onsite and if you're like me and rather have Dunkin. Dunkin is literally located next door to the resort. Quick, easy, safe 5min walk. I have stayed at plenty of hotels/resorts near and on the I Drive area. This place is definitely in my top choice to stay if you have kids!! Everything you really need is located on premise and everything else is a quick walk or drive.

Because it is a family resort, they should have standard quiet hours. When I was there the DJ stopped playing music at the kids pool at 930pm. That wasn't a big issue but because it's all enclosed with a floating metal roof the music/sound echoes everywhere. This is a bigger issue if you have a poolside room facing the kid/baby pool area (like i did, luckily my little can basically sleep through anything). Probably should set all loud activities to stop at 9pm.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We mainly chose this hotel because it was close to the event center where we were going. It also had the pool area which the grandkids loved. It was close to many different things if you didn't have transportation such as dining and shopping. If you just wanted to get out and walk it was very pleasant to do so. We would definitely visit again as well as recommend to others.

Only thing we did not like was that there was no closet space to hang up your clothes or any place to store your luggage. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
