Small room, but it comes with a washing machine with a dryer facility. That's part of the reason we choose to stay here. Couldn't control the ac from the room. You need to call the hotel to set for you. Otherwise, the room is very stuffy even during winter. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Love this area. The hotel allowed leave luggage service, which is a bonus to us as we travelled out Tokyo for a few days, which we do not wish to carry all our luggages with us. Hotel staff generally very friendly and helpful. It's a busy hotel, but they are still serving with a smile.

1) The room carpet is not that clean, there were stains. 2) Bath tub choked when washing hair, there was no information to remind guests to clear the drain trap that trapped the hair which was at the base of the bath tub. 3) Stayed for 6 nights but no room cleaning unless you pay 1500yen.

The location is great and the breakfast is also very generous, the Japanese breakfast is very delicious. Very friendly staff. We were at a higher floor, it is very quiet so after flying over 13 hours we did have some rest.

The room is very small so that you can't properly open your suitcases. But I think it is normal in Japanese hotels. We wanted to check in about 20 minutes before 3 p.m. we had to pay 2000 yen, in other countries if the room is ready we won't have to pay anything. But we were so tired so paid that money just to get to our room 20 minutes earlier. I think this is also a Japanese thing that the hotels are not flexible. Can't complain about it.

I had the best nights sleep at this hotel. Very comfy beds and pillows. A great location near the Higashi ginza train station with escalator access at theatre entrance.l which is direct line toboth airports. ( 2 mins walk. ) Lawsons and family mart 2 mins away. Easy walking distance to JR lines at Tokyo station (15 mins) . An easy walk to fish markets for brunch . Great for shopping and people watching in Ginza main shopping streets with all the high end fashion brands. Room was comfortable and quiet even with a busy street in heat of Tokyo. It was great to have a washing machine in room but it would be great if clearer programming options were provided. I ended up having a programme for 4 hours and the washing still wasn’t dry. So I must have pressed the wrong buttons. The washing detergent was provided. we didn’t need much interactions with staff but what we did have was great. we did have a blocked toilet one day but it was fixed immediately. Can highly recommend this hotel for a Tokyo stay.

Overall the room was clean except quite thick layer of dust on surface of lower cabinet. Probaby oversight during cleaning

Breakfast was very average at best It would also be good to have somewhere guests can sit with each other as the rooms are too small to sit and haves drinks or cake

The location was very convenient due to only a short walk to the convenience store, pharmacy, and train station. It was also close to shops that I was able to do all the shopping I needed to do without need for transportation (Uniqlo, Mitsukoshi Isetan, Loft, Sanrio World, etc). The room was clean and large enough for 2 people. It came with a small refrigerator, microwave and a washer/dryer machine. I love the shower with separate tub. The staff was always helpful and provided answers/assistance whenever I needed it. I also requested a quiet room in an upper floor with a view. On my first morning, I got to see the sunrise from our window. 😊

It got warm at night but I eventually figured out the AC.

Upgraded after 2 nights to "residential" room. Much better and easier to move around. Wish the beds were higher so luggage cases can be stored and also to make getting in and out easier. URGENT: The washing machines in rooms 606 and 602 exceed noise levels where spinning, suggest they urgently require maintenance. The coffee from the reception is great. The staff were incredibly helpful, congratulations. Look forward to staying again later next year.

The base rooms are small, especially for taller/larger persons and older. The washing machine noise is excessive, cannot stay in the room while they are spinning.

The was a washer and dryer in the room which we thought would have been great it we had stayed here earlier on our trip. Room layout was pretty efficient. One of the rare few rooms we could open both our luggages fully. Hotel was in a quieter part of Ginza.

Not quite easy to get here from Tokyo station but easy to get to Narita airport.

Loved that there's a washer dryer with a bottle of liquid detergent in the room. The city view, the coffee machine at the GF, the in-room microwave oven, mini refrigerator, TV, A/C and electric kettle were a big plus. There were basic complimentary amenities at the GF. It took us about 5 minutes to reach the entrance of the train station and about the same time to reach Family Mart.

We were asked to hail taxis on our own to take us to the airport as the hotel system showed all are booked. Good thing it was easy as there were a lot of taxis passing by at the time we needed it at 8am. Some of the staff were not as welcoming but not rude. There are only two pillows for our double room.
