I booked the Luxury Corner Twin Room. Based on past hotels, I thought âtwinâ implied there would be two beds each smaller than a queen. But the beds here were huge, and they were pushed up against each other so it made one giant bed. It worked for us (parents and young child), and I could have gotten a smaller room for less. The bed set up may not work for a group of grown ups who are used to having separate beds. Noise level - way better than if we stayed in a hotel in a touristy spot. My side of the bed was right next to the sliding door (that led to a balcony) so I could hear the bar patrons at night. However my spouse and child did not complain. The staff were helpful and polite, and most of them do speak English.
Washer/dryer was good to have for our longer stay in the summer. It was more efficient with smaller loads, specially the drying part which took a lot of time. As an alternative, the shower room does have a clothesline you can pull out. We did not use the couches/pull out beds, they both looked dilapidated. If youâre trying to chill at night after a long day out, donât bother with the TV unless you have a way of hooking up your table/laptop to stream your own shows. The bars/restaurants right next door and right across do not allow children. There is a nearby place called Akafudaya Benkei which does allow children and has great food and lets you order on a tablet.

We booked a âJapanese style premium suiteâ which was wonderfully spacious for our family of 5. A basic kitchenette (note microwave only not stove) was useful. We had breakfast in the room most days and also takeaway dinner a couple of times (there is a low table that seats 6). Washing machine in room was also very handy. Location is fantastic just a few mins walk down the road from Akasaka-Mitsuke station with plenty of restaurants, coffee and convenience stores on your doorstep.
The hotel itself is a bit tired and the lobby area pretty cramped and not that inviting. Some dish soap and bowls would be handy in the kitchenette.

Room very spacious and clean, all amenities available. Buzing neighbourhood. Close to trainstation, perfectly positioned between Shinjuku and Tokyo Station, the main tube circle. Only surprise was the semi transparent bath room, we just didn't look that way when one of us was taking a shower lol. The personel was amazing and very polite, client oriented and always greeting and even rushed to push the button to open the front (automatic) door for us. We arrived early and after dropping our suitcases, we went to explore the city. At return late in the evening in the hotel, they already had our bags transported to the room. Can't compliment their service more! The puzzle (free to solve) at the elevator was also a nice/fun touch.
Nothing really. We only struggled to dry the clothes we washed after using the in room washing machine (amazing after traveling throughout Japan for 10 days). So maybe a small dry rack in the room? O and maybe some hooks in the bath room. We noticed many hotel rooms in Japan didn't have them! And there were tons of other hotels of the same Centurion line in the neighbourhood, so the uber had trouble dropping us at the correct one. But that is not really the hotels fault.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We really love Akasaka as a base. Situated between more than one train line so it is extremely convenient for all areas of Tokyo. For those who have visited Tokyo before they will appreciate just how spacious the rooms are, especially for a family. The rooms also come with a small kitchenette area which include a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. With bottled water and coffee supplies replenished daily. The bathroom also including a hair dryer, curling iron and washing machine/dryer. We also requested a clothes iron and ironing board which we were able to keep in the room all week.
Having stayed here 5 years ago and being blown away we were a little disappointed with the wear and tear in the room. The decoration was definitely a lot more tired than we remembered it from our first visit. It was however very clean.

Our luxury corner twin room was nice and big and we enjoyed having the extra sitting area and 2 TVs in the room. It was very handy having a washer/dryer in the room. It couldn't dry a full load though, so our clothes always came out a bit damp and had to be air-dried in the room. Good location, just a short walk to 2 subway stations. Plenty of food options on the same street which opened till late. Front desk staff were helpful though they were mostly not so fluent in English.
The carpet had some stains on it and didn't look too clean.

This hotel located in Akasaka in heart of busy restaurants area. The accessibility was insanely good within walking distance. If you are a fan of Harry Potter, take Chiyoda line and you will find the magic there. The hotel was easy to locate. There were multiple subway lines that go to Akasaka. I liked that they put puzzle in front of the lift to play whilst waiting for the lift. The fabric softener smell in the hallway was a bit too strong but thatâs not a problem. The staffs were helpful and spoke english very well.
The fabric softener smell was a bit too strong but thatâs not going to stop me from rebooking this place.

For a family of 5, it was the perfect size. Enough space for our luggage and to move around. Warm shower and bath. AC and heated. Washing machine and dryer. Sofa to rest and chat. Very accessible to subway stations. Area is lively with many restaurants, FamilyMart, 7 Elevens, Pharmacies, Bic Camera nearby. We were given a free 1 x room cleaning since we stayed for 1 week. Regarding rubbish, you need to leave them in a bin bag outside the room daily since there is no daily cleaning provided. Towels were replenished for free daily.
Small wardrobe was a challenge to hang winter clothing for 5, for a week of stay. Nothing much. The 5th person sleeps on a sofa bed which is not going to be comfortable after the 3rd night due to the unevenness.

Rooms are on the larger side compared to other standard hotels that only offer very small spaces. We are a party of 3 so it fit our 6 luggages (3 checked + 3 carry ons) very nicely. The washing machine in the rooms was also useful.
While the location is nice in terms of being close to several train stations (and the Harry Potter cafe!), at night we had no idea that it will be mildly...seedy with men loitering on the streets, but for the most part they ignore tourists (i think) and it's probably not as bad as Rappongi or Kabukicho

The location was great. Near to Ginza Line and Chiyoda line.
If you use taxi, the pinned location of the hotel will be at the back of the hotel. Im not sure if they recently move their lobby area but everytime i use taxiGo, the pickup or destination point of the hotel will be at the back entrance. So i have to manually amend the pickup point to the front of the hotel. During checkout, i have arrange airport transfer from hotel to Haneda, and with 5 big luggages, due to this hassle i have to drag all 5 luggage to the back entrance due to this hassle. The staff did help which is great but was hoping they could resolve this issue. Im not sure if its only me facing this issue. Overall im happy with my stay.

Location is perfect. Close to 3-4 main metro lines. Great lively under appreciated area with local restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bars, and shops all around. Fun on the outside yet quiet inside your room. Outdoor balcony was a surprise plus! High enough floor to be away from city noise yet close enough to see it all and the buildings/area around. One block from a quiet temple/shrine to visit. Had actual separate fridge and freezer that both worked properly! Soaking tub with nice controllable hot water.
Need to have a dresser with drawers for clothes. Bedside stands did not work- USB charger, bed controls, I think there was music/radio. No in house breakfast option. Room looks bigger in photos and one futon in a little rough shape. Toilet/bidet is awesome but maybe translated buttons would help
