Overall, the best part of the Mitsui Garden was the staff. I communicated with them for several weeks leading up to our stay. I was planning a stay with a lot of rooms, different arrival and departures time, for a lot of people. There were complex issues throughout but the staff were all incredibly helpful and flexible at all times. The rooms were great, clean and with good amenities. The breakfast was a little pricey but overall good. The restaurant and rooftop bar are lovely, with a great view, and a fun atmosphere at night. And the staff at the rest/bar are lovely and, like everywhere at the hotel, incredibly helpful and kind.

The gym was pretty small but on par with many big city hotel gyms. Room service is quite limited and is not actually delivered to your room (you have to go and get it) - not a big deal but a larger selection of foods would have been nice.

The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful. The hotel provides all the essential amenities, though I have to admit, having a Nespresso machine in the room would have made it perfect. That said, the location is very central — just about a 6-minute walk from Roppongi Station.

The only downside is the surrounding area: while it’s safe, the street is lined with several bars featuring “special ladies” serving drinks, which might not appeal to everyone.

Great location. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in (very) early following our 15 hour flight. Gave us some complimentary chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary. nice aesthetic of the hotel. The restaurant was also great, every so slightly overpriced, but didn't stop us from going twice during our stay.

The room was very dusty/stuffy at times. If we didn't have the room humidifier/purifier on, it was very uncomfortable. Perhaps this is a Tokyo thing? Room and bed slightly on the small side.

Breakfast was fantastic we liked we could order from a menu and not buffet style

The hotel is in perfect location. It is close to the metro station. It has excellent view from the rooftop terrace restaurant.

Front desk staff did not have many restaurant recommendations......like they did not know the area and could not recommend any. Did not have a list of restaurants near by. Did not have a list of restaurants in the room to recommend. No concierge service to recommend restaurants. Lacking in this type of service. Internet searches not always reliable, better to have personal recommendations.

Good location on the main street, 5 min to Metro station.

Service attitude of staff minimal, dont speak English. No help. Rastaurant nothing special, partially closed. Rooms extremely small, definitely not 5 star

Breakfast was initially nice to start off with but offered the same thing everyday which became boring. Menu selection was limited. Disappointed when going on a long journey in the morning asked staff if they could help to provide a small breakfast box but was told no and advised to eat before we go even though we were in a rush. That was disappointing that staff could not accommodate such a small request like this. I’ve been to hotel with lower ratings who have facilitated this request and I don’t think we were asking for too much, a few bits of bakery goods wrapped up is not too much to ask, so this was very disappointing.

Great location, amazing staff at the restaurant, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Small gym, breakfast is for grownups, there's no options for small kids. Nobody tells you there are washing machines available untill you stumble upon them two weeks after. The reception staff doesn't always speak English well, it might be difficult to solve a more complex issue.

Automatic check-in is possible. The rooms are very clean.

It‘s a good 4 star hotel, not 5 star. The room was to little. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast could be better (more variates would be good).
