It was modern and spacious. The check in and out process was easy without people.

We wanted to check in 20 minutes early and the system literally went by the minute. Most hotels allow you in if the room is ready which it obviously was that late in the afternoon. The new cleaning roster we were made aware of is fine but 6 days for not changing the bins in a room with a kitchen just doesn’t work. You didn’t even leave extra bin bags for us to change the bins ourselves. There are staff there daily. I think there should be a policy maybe you can put in place to collect rubbish at least. The smell of hot rubbish is not good for a week in a small room.

I would 100% recommend Minn Akhiabara. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when checking in. The room we had was very clean and just an absolute pleasure to stay in. We had plenty of space and wonderful facilities. You have everything you need and it truly was a second home. The location was wonderful, just a 10 minute walk to the train ,and also the main shopping street. I will definitely return to Japan again in the future, and would love to stay here again. Cannot recommend it enough.

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Only 12min walk from Akihabara station, the check-in process was super easy, and the service apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers). There was even enough space to keep 4 luggages open for easy access when we needed them. Our kids loved the experience sleeping on futon beds on tatami mats and told us they were really comfortable. The place was clean, and it was really handy to have a washing machine that also provides a drying function. On the day of departure, we were able to use the storage facility (at no additional charges) to keep our luggages there (locked & secured) until we were ready to pick them up before heading to the airport.

Apart from the WiFi, which was a bit unstable at times, there was nothing else we didn't like about the service apartment. If we had a wish list, perhaps a swimming pool and a gym for residents would be a nice addition to the service apartment complex.

The room was very spacious, the kitchen in the room had everything required, the hotel itself was on a very quiet street. The bathroom is what you would expect from a japanese bathroom, so there is lots of room.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Akihabara station, which in summer can be a punishing walk, which also means it is not close to anything either. The cleaning of the room was also inconsistent as it only happened after 7 days. Check-in can also be a bit hard as it is all done online as they do not have a manned check in desk, which also means that if you need to get something, can make it a bit harder.

No staff is a good and bad thing. I don't have to talk to anyone and checking in and out was easy. However, I could only talk to someone through the booking app, which did take some time. I had no idea what to do with my overfilled trash, or where I could find extra towels or blankets. I learned later that they don't provide that for you. You could go down to the reception and use their ipad to talk to someone, but i'd rather have someone at the desk. Also, it's felt weird having to talk to a staff through face time, thats just me. They are trying to save money by doing this which is fine. whats great is that there is a luggage drop off with a lock that you can use way ahead of your check in time.

No water, no vending machine inside, no coffee, and no breakfast options. No one to clean up your room or give you fresh blankets / towels. hotel is 10-15 minutes away from akihabara station, which is more annoying than you think.

I would highly recommend Minn Akihabara and we will definitely be coming here again. Amazing room, very comfy bed, cozy spaces and the right amount of decoration. Plugs beside the beds were a huge plus. In general this room was absolutely brilliant. Much appreciated the kitchen facilities too and the spacious bathroom and washing machine. We loved our room.

There were only minor things that we noticed that weren't really a big deal: the hob in the kitchen had a tricky child lock which took quite a bit of figuring out. Would have been great to have a manual visible. Also we would have loved to have access to the balcony but the room space was also great. There was only one minor cleaning thing: a sock hanging from the smoke detector but that also wasn't a big deal - I suspect the previous guests were immature or had tricky kids and the cleaner who had cleaned everything else spotless just didn't realise to look up to check the ceiling.

Clean, looked like new. Bathroom and toilet in separate rooms, comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (except a knife). Easy to reach via Ginza Line (Suehiricho station and just walk down the street). Not much else to say other than i would recommend to book earlier as this gets very expensive if booked shortly before a trip.

Loved the combined washing machine and dryer! So convenient. The fold down bed was good to be able to fit 4 people comfortably in the room. It was walking distance to Akihabara, convenience stores and some restaurants. Check in was quick and check out is quick. A nice and quiet area. We stayed in Room 801 and it was a spacious for 4 people.

The pillow wasn’t very comfy and whoever is sleeping on the lounge may have a sort back as it was hard. The Internet always disconnects so not really usable. It can be a far walk for some to the station - around 10-15 minutes although it was ok for us even with luggage. The second time we stayed there in 902, the room seemed smaller.

Sufficient space for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and luggages. Beds were comfortable. I liked that the room has a kitchenette stocked with basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls and cutlery - it was a bonus. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the hotel for allowing us to pay for additional 30min check out extension at the last minute. Love having a big supermarket that closes at 12 midnight just round the corner. 7-eleven and family mart nearby too. So convenient.

No staff around at reception unless you have problems with things. But not a big issue with us.
