We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight home from Haneda Airport. It is perfectly located for the local train which goes straight to the airport in ten minutes. The rooms were small but absolutely perfect for what we needed with great showers and very clean. There is a restaurant downstairs or plenty of choice nearby. Great staff who were extremely helpful.
My fault but I had not realised that breakfast (which we had booked) did not start until 7am with no early options which did not give us time before leaving for the airport. Also having seen the breakfast menu I would say that it is quite limited so worth checking before committing to paying for it.

The staff was very courteous and did their very best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was located close to a Keikyu Kamatha station and had convenience stores, and eateries located close by.
The breakfast options were limited but there were plenty of options within walking distance of the hotel and so, not much to worry. The number of machines in the laundramat were just 2 which is probably fine for the size of the hotel but I had difficult time getting my clothes washed.

Central location, lots of food stalls in near vicinity. 5 mins to train station. Rooms are small but very efficient in their use. Air con is nice and quiet.
Hotel staff do not speak much English, and we had a disagreement about a breakfast voucher. I booked a room for 2 people, and I indicated 1 adult and 1 teenager. The room was inclusive breakfast, but somehow they refused to issue 2 breakfast vouchers! I got only one for me as an adult, but not for the second person , as he was booked as a “child”, they wouldn’t feed my 16 yr old without a voucher. I couldn’t get through to their logic that booking 2 people for a room inclusive breakfast usually means free breakfast both of the people. Anyhow, BF is very Japanese, so if you dont fancy soup and beef or pork then go and get yourself something cheaper than paying 1400 YEN!

Staff did everything they could to help, I can't recommend them enough. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station which has direct trains to Haneda, Shinagawa (for the Yamanote line) and Yokohama, among others. It's also a 10 minute walk from JR Kamata station which is also an option, and there's restaurants and shops around JR Kamata station.
It's occasionally noisy with police sirens outside, but not too bad from the 11th floor. When it rained, the noise on the windowsill was very loud. You can't opt out of room cleaning every 3 days.

I'm going to be so honest, I didn't actually stay here. I booked the room in a pinch when i needed to send my luggage to tokyo. Long story short, its super close to Haneda airport and really easy to get to by subway. I sooo appreciate the staff for being understanding and holding onto my luggage, they really saved my life! I look forward to actually staying here in the future when i go back to Japan.
No complaints, they helped me when i was in such a pinch. Thank you again so much for your help in a tough situation. The staff were professional and helpful.

Greatest location right off Keikyu Kamata Station. Keikyu line connects Narita and Haneda airports, so it's very convenient for a layover. Nice staff, quick checkin/out, and well maintained super clean room/bathroom. Toilet and shower areas are separate from the bathtub, like in most Japanese homes, to enjoy soaking into a clear tub water. APA hotels are the best to avoid noisy Chinese tour groups. (Google the reason way ; ) I don't stay anywhere else when I come home to Japan.
Rooms are small like othe typical Japanese budget hotels.

The room itself was very clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the room for two people because I wanted the bathtub, and it was worth it. But I stayed on my own. I had a lot of space for my two suitcases, my bagpack and myself. But it might be more problematic space-wise if you are not alone and have even more luggage. It is definitely not impossible to manage, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for some. The bathroom was really big and the glass window between the bath and the room was very entertaining. I never had anything like this, so I was very amazed. But that might just be me... Everything from soap over towels to razor and more was provided by the hotel. The location is perfect if you need to get to the airport, as you only walk like 9 minutes to the train (I managed that alone with my two fully packed suitcases and my bagpack). The path is easy and nice to walk, no problem to roll your suitcase around and the station has Konbinis close by, as well as a lot of restaurants. Going to other places like Shibuya might take a bit of time by train, but it is extremely convenient because you still only have to take the train, which doesn't take too much effort.
The drain should probably be cleaned more often.

Great location if you want to stay close to Haneda Airport. It is 5 minutes walk to KK train line runs frequently to Haneda Airport. It is next to a walking street with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although we have problem understanding the Japanese menus). My family with three kids stayed there for a few days. It is actually convenient with the KK line. We use the opportunity to visit suburbs in the south of Tokyo like Yokohama and kawasaki.
The hotel is a business hotel, so quite small and compact. The quality of the facility is not as good as some other hotels we stayed in Tokyo. Floor is not so clean. Tea and coffee quality is :( . It is a place to sleep but not a place to relax. Hotel receptions are friendly but with limited English. It takes some effort to communicate.

The hotel is exactly what you expect it to be. Great location a few minutes away from a reasonably-significant train station with very easy connections to Haneda. Check in was super efficient, the wifi worked great. Rooms were tiny, as expected of a Tokyo business hotel (especially at this price point). Shower and bath included - and the shower room was almost as big as the bedroom. Shower pressure was great. Slept comfortably in a very quiet room. Convenience store (7-11) at the end of the block, or a Family Mart on the way from the station. Great value
Room was tiny, but that was expected. Microwave was located in the first floor lobby and not in each room.

Great all around. Really nice bed and bathroom with a fancy switch which let's you turn the glass frosting on and off. Most everything in the room is labelled in Japanese, so you'll need to make use of Google Lens to translate. The staff have very limited English, but happily use Google Translate to communicate. The hotel is in the Kamata district which has lots of nice restaurants, conveniences and public transport links.
Would've been nice if they had a bigger ironing board. Although travel times on Google Maps indicate the hotel isn't too far from major attractions, be aware that you will have to change at the god-awful Shinagawa Station, and that the KK line from the hotel to Shinagawa isn't on the JR pass if you bought that. Then again, figuring out public transport will always be a nightmare in Tokyo; just buy the Suica pass in the JR office in the airport and you'll be halfway there, though you need to charge it with cash.
