First time staying in a capsule hotel and the experience was positive. I was not disturbed by the noise, even though the capsules only had a material cover. The other guests was respectful and kept the noise to a minimum. The bathrooms were decent and the storage area was good enough for our bags. However, one could also leave oversized bags downstairs. The hotel provided an amenity kit with pajamas, toothbrush, slippers and towels. Overall, a good first experience in such a unique hotel.
There wasn't a dedicated space where you could open your bag and look for things you might need, so you should come prepared and have everything handy.

Organized and very safe. There is a lounge with tables on the top floor where you can do your things (read/work, eat your own food, chill), with an amazing view of the city and the Tokyo tower. The showers are on a separate floor and each had a closed door for privacy and space to keep your things safely with you. They provide you slippers, towels and pajamas, and you will find shampoo and soap dispensers directly in the showers. Hairdryers are always available too. Every capsule has a locker (in a separate room) that you use with the magnetic card from the check-in, you can access the locker only until check-out. Space was enough for my backpack and a coat. Inside the capsule, you can recharge your electronics via a USB port (a single one if I remember correctly). I liked that it's very close to the station, and to bar/restaurants in the area.
Expect small spaces, but it's just obvious and especially for central Tokyo.

It's an interesting experience. I have stayed in a few capsule hotels before, but none like this. The pods are something new which I've never really experienced and it's nice for a change. They provide everything you would need for a night's stay. But it's all located in the locker/washrooms or on the public areas. Definitely visit the top level for a nice view of Tokyo Tower and the surroundings.
Lockers and washrooms can be very packed if there are a lot of guests. Makes it a bit hard to pack/unpack stuff if you want to prep for the next day's activities. I would suggest for packing and unpacking to do it on the top level. There are also a lot of rules for the hotel, I don't remember all of them, but I believe you can't stay in the pods during cleaning hours if you booked for more than one day. It isn't the biggest issue, but just something to note. They also can't keep your luggage after checking out if I'm not wrong. Honestly, it's not a bad place to experience, but I would only come here for like one night and if I'm travelling light.

This was booked as an experience as my 16 year old daughter really wanted to try a capsule hotel whilst we were in Japan and many capsule hotels don't take under 18's. It delivered on being an interesting experience. It is much better than many of the hostels I stayed at in my backpacking days - clean and comfortable with good working showers and toilets. People were also really respectful. I was dubious of a good night sleep as it is only basically a roller blind between you and the corridor (and my capsule was by the door) but everyone was so quite it didn't matter. I was surprised by the included breakfast from the Tulley's coffee shop, which was a decent breakfast. Staff were probably really nice but I just gave them a "good" as I didn't have much interaction.
You had to wait a while for the lifts in the morning and the capsules were on a different floor to the showers. There was also very little space by the lockers to open your bag and retrieve things, I did have to wait as someone else had their huge bag open and were franticly trying to find something right in front of my locker. But this really should be expected in a property of this type at this price point, so whilst it is a negative it certainly wasn't a real issue for me.

Had a stay here due to morning flight. It's in easy and quick walk from the both stations going to airport. The womens sleeping pod room was silent and comfortable. An easy walking distance to Tokyo tower. Even end up walking by feet to Tokyo station. Besides that, nothing much to do in area and not that really much cafes around for a morning coffee.
The was only one toilet for woman in the first floor and the bathroom could be improved. The storage room for luggage is in lobby just by the entrance with no safety and youre kind a force to keep luggage there since large luggage can't be fitted in locker and kept in locker room.

As expected of 9h hotels, the capsules are spacious (even for foreigners), clean and comfortable! The 10th floor view towards the Tokyo tower is phenomenal and the rooftop is great for an early morning / late evening view. The location is absolutely amazing, you can reach every hotspot in Tokyo within 30 mins by train. Within 10 minutes of walking there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.
The shower room could use an overhaul (renovation/ deep cleaning based on December 2024). The space before the lockers is a bit small, when the hotel is fully booked.

convenient location, clean, solid service staff. overall a great experience for those seeking a capsule hotel close to a subway. the lounge overlooking Tokyo Tower is the hidden gem
the setup of the locker room and the elevator is a challenge. the elevator is a bit slow and stairs are not an option. the locker room is on a different floor; you also have to accept the uncertainty of who stays near you

The sleeping pods were larger than I expected, I’m 6 foot tall and had no issues at all. There was a privacy screen at the end of the bed which was ideal. Upon check in you are provided with pyjamas, slippers, towel, and even a toothbrush. The idea is that you take nothing to the room expect the bare essentials, e.g., phone charger. This meant that the room was super quiet as people weren’t faffing about with suitcases or bags while others tried to sleep. Luggage is left in a locker on the lower floor and there are also spacious showers with a changing area to the front in a none soaked part of the cubicle. The efficiency of the place impressed me and as a lone traveller I couldn’t recommend enough in contrast to a hostel
The lockers could have been bigger. It for my bag but those with large suitcases left them below the lockers in a designated space. The building is very secure though

GREAT location, everything was clean, and the pods were very quiet and felt so private. All the guests were very respectful. It all around had a good vibe. Perfect for a couple nights or a pass through spot. Public transportation was only a couple blocks away.
The shower room being on a different level from the pods definitely makes you get your life/bag organized. My floor (3) had toilets on the same level as the pod for night time convenience. Not sure if they all do, but that was really nice. The beds are hard and the pillows were terrible (I ended up using no pillow or clothes), but the pod had a great cozy vibe/feel. It was a cool experience.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho station and with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff, comfortable pods and very clean bathroom & shower areas, plus a lot of luggage space.
Unlike other Nine Hours locations, the showers and lockers were on 2F, instead of the floor you stayed on, so sometimes it took a long time to get there in the lift because of so many people.
