I liked the fact that I could borrow iron until check-out. Having a coin laundry was also nice but we could not use it as it was used by others. Overall, the quality of the service met my expectations. I liked the storage space under the bed and between the bed and tv. The room was a bit more spacious than I imagined which was a plus. I also liked that I could open the curtains and see the street outside in the morning

New towels (and coffee etc) came every day, but honestly I think that there is no need to change them that often. Would be helpful if there was an option to decline them. As for the linen, vice versa, I would like to change it once.

I loved everything about this hotel, they thought of everything, the foyer was luxurious, the staff so respectful, responsive and friendly. The bed was perfect, not like other hotels I stayed at which had hard beds. I liked that they provided fresh towels etc in a bag hung on your door, I didn't have to lock all my personals away each day. There is a microwave to heat.up your takeaway food and they have large combo wash/dryer for your laundry. To top it off, all that for under $100/night. Well done APA. 👍😍

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Shizuoka train station, as well as the main attractions in the city. The hotel also has laundry facilities which work well!

The room we booked was quite small, not leaving much space to open suitcases. Also I don't like when the beds are place against a wall, leaving only one way to exit the bed.

Washroom was a bit musty as well as the sheets being damp (room might have been unoccupied for a few days) but sheets dampness changed when they were changed. Parking was confusing at first as you have to park nearby at garage 8 and they given you discount chits. Had to learn this.

I like that it was super clean. Bathtub was very clean and made me feel comfortable bathing my grandson in it. Room was quiet. I heard no extraneous noise. Bed was comfortable and the tv was large, flat screen and had English language options. Temp control was great. Coffee shop across the street was convenient. Close to Shinkansen train station, nice bars nearby, and restaurants.

Room was small —as can be expected in Japan. No microwave in room although there was one accessible downstairs on first floor. I couldn’t stay here comfortably for an extended amount of time but great for a night or two. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Clean room within walking distance to all of the shopping and dining areas in the city. Accessible microwave, ice machine, and laundry room with new washer/dryer downstairs.

The hotel is located in the 'entertainment area' and is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Not an easy walk if you are traveling with bigger luggage or on a hot or rainy day.

APA hotels always meet my expectations. Clean, efficient, affordable. Simple yet elegant. Like: convenient location, this APA hotel is near Shizuoka station. There are also multiple restaurants in the area. And the staff are amazing. Dislike: what is there to dislike with APA hotels?

Great location, super close to the station & shops in central Shizuoka. The staff were very kind and let us leave our luggage before we checked in. Room is small as expected but is super cozy and has what you need! Would recommend - especially as the location is perfect.

It's an APA Business Hotel so of course it's great. - The location is great - WIFI is good - All the light control settings are right at the bed - Luggage Storage under the bed - Staff was nice - A lot of amenities provided - Comfortable beds

Everything! The location is great, not far from Shizuoka Station, and there are stores, shops, restaurants around the area. It's quiet, the staffs are kind and helpful! We passed 4 nights at APA Hotel and enjoyed a lot! The breakfast is awesome 😃👍👍👍
