Like the other royal park hotels, this one has its own elegance, both inside and outside. It was convenient for us as we took the hotel shuttle bus from Sendai Station. We liked the hotel garden where we had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The small pool and the small chapel in the compound were also good spots for photographs. Our room was clean and in good size. We were happy with the buffet breakfast which had sufficient choices for us, both in western and Japanese. The hotel staff who served us were warm and we felt their hospitality. The outlet and the small plaza was a minute walk away from the hotel, where we had a leisurely shopping in the late afternoon.

The toilet was clean but the strange smell from the sewage pipe was a flaw.

The rooms were huge and clean. Hotel grounds are expansive and the children enjoyed exploring the area. The hotel's design was done in European style and the children loved the quaint metal key. Housekeeping staff were really good as the rooms were clean and they helped the children retrieve something they couldn't find. There seemed to be some activities too but we didn't manage to join them. It's also nice being right next to the outlet mall and another mall.

The hotel is a little dated but well kept. Just be sure to keep the room key properly as we almost misplaced one and the penalty is hefty.

The Izumi premium outlet outside the hotel is amazing. Combine that with the mall right across the street, there's easy access to food and clothes shopping without being in the city centre. The garden view was nice and the rooms were super comfortable. For context, I stayed at this hotel to attend Pokemon Go Fest 2024 which took place at Nanakita Park.

The shuttle bus frequency on weekdays are a little low. I understand perhaps there's less guest activity on the weekdays but it would be great if the shuttle bus could also be available at 8pm as the last ride back to the hotel on weekdays instead of only on the weekends. Also capacity could be an issue if many passengers happened to take the bus + having luggages. I have to emphasize that the shuttle bus is free and available for hotel guests to take from the Sendai Station East exit and is the main means for getting to Sendai city from the hotel (40mins travel time) so frequency is pretty important. On average the weekdays frequency is every 2 hours starting from 9am all the way to 5pm. While on weekends the frequency is higher with the last bus at 8pm.

Free parking, great rooms and facilities. The hotel felt very smart and well cared for. Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty good, with eggs made to order which was great.

The restaurant is a little expensive, and the bar was empty but hotel bar culture doesn't really seem to be a thing in japan. Perhaps a little too formal feeling, but that is nit-picking

Very comfy room and nice atmosphere. The room decoration quite old style but still very nice and clean. Very near to outlets which is walking distance.

The hotel canceled my credit card 3 times without explanation. The option is free cancellation before midnight which means after midnight, it will be fully charged from my credit card, but they still cancel and force me to pay immediately. Feel a bit disappointed for this process and better to explain/ inform details before cancel my credit card 3 time…

I loved the gardens and the space inside the hotel as well, the local area which was great for walking and running. Very relaxing place.

There could have been more coffee, tea and milk in the hotel room. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get a cup of tea and I had to go to the front desk and then the kitchen to get some milk. I love my tea!

Old world charm. Spacious garden. Comfortable room. Great view from room. Dedicated bus to Sendai station. Excellent breakfast. Shopping center with good restaurants just across the street.

A bit removed from the city center, but easy to use taxi or hotel bus. Room key is cumbersome and only one provided.

The hotel is located next to the Izumi Outlet Mall and surrounded by a quiet upscale neighborhood. The hotel's ambiance was luxurious and the staff were top notch. Breakfast was included with the room and was delicious.

The bedside clock light was extremely bright. The walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear the people staying next to us laughing and talking all night. The bed mattresses were too hard for our taste. The showers water pressure was low and had temperature variances. The price of the room was way above average compared to other hotels in the area.

The room had an awesome view of the garden. Loved the illuminations, they were lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and some spoke English. I would like to thank Sendai Royal Park Hotel for receiving my package in advance & helped me pay for the cash on delivery package first before my arrival. I couldn't thank them enough, they made my stay so enjoyable. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, customer service is impeccable! It is a beautiful hotel if you wish to chill & enjoy the quietness, & visit Sendai Ice Skating Rink (Yuzuru Hanyu's training rink) which is pretty near to the hotel. The location of the hotel is not easily accessible by public transports like subway train station. Need to walk a good 20mins to the nearest bustop. However, there is a hotel shuttle bus which brings you to Sendai Station daily. Taking taxi will be the best bet to return to the hotel as it is not near to any subway station.

The location is not far from the city, but far enough to enjoy without the bustle of city life. Plenty of shopping options are within walking distance nearby.

The outlet availability was a minor inconvenience. That being said, it is still a nice place to stay.
