Location is good. It opens onto the main park in Sapporo, only 15-20 minutes walk from the station.

Some of the workings for the room (e.g. ventilation for the bathroom) were not clearly labelled. However, this might be because I don’t speak Japanese; if so, that’s my problem not theirs.

Centrally located near Odori Park, walking distance to many attractions and train station. Best of all, the bus stop for airport limousine bus service is just right in front of the hotel. Free self help coffee & tea at the lobby.

Many rooms are without view.

Great location right in the centre of Sapporo. The rooms are relatively small, but very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including tea and coffee. There is also free tea and coffee down in the lobby. There is an onsen on site as well, but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. The buffet breakfast was also very nice.

Room was a bit small, but I guess this is to be expected in a very central location. I don't know if they had any private onsen facilities, but might have been nice to know if they did.

We love the location as it is in the heart of the city and the bonus is that the airport shuttle is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean and we like it that clean towel and pajamas are changed daily, hung in a nice tote bag on the door even though we were informed that housekeeping is done every third day.

However, the room is very small and narrow and we have difficulty moving around the room with two large luggage for winter. Appreciate that there is coin laundry but it would have been better had some security lock can be applied as anyone can open the washing machine either to add on or remove the items.

Location : Able to walk from Sapporo Station. Nice environment being next to Odori Park Lots of eating places and shopping for all levels close by. A big bonus was the Festival with all the wonderful, colourful floats very close by and which I enjoyed a lot. Room: A little small for 2 people but good for one person. Space didn't matter since the park was right there and just beautiful with the good weather I enjoyed Airport: A big bonus to have the airport bus stop outside the hotel with timetable

Perfect location to be near a subway and bus station. Literally just around the corner. Odori park is just across the street and if you get a room with that view, a nice scene to wake up to. Rooms were generous for japan standard. 2 adult is more than perfect and 2 adults with 2 kids is plenty doable but just have to be clever with luggage storage.

Not that we didn't like but more like it's a bit of a walk to the main covered street where the restaurants and shopping is, it's doable on winter during the day but at night..... it seems so far haha but for traveling via train or bus, it's very convenient.

The location of the hotel is very accessible. It's right across Odori park and the bus stop to the airport is right in front of the airport. It's walking distance to most restaurants, the shopping malls and the TV Tower and Clock Tower. Very near a train station as well. When you enter the hotel, they have a very distinct aroma that would make you feel relaxed. The scent feels clean and nice!!! The lobby is so chic as well. Right by the elevator, you can get the toiletries you need. The room was well appointed. It was smaller than i expected it to be but all our luggages fit inside so we're good. Our beddings were clean and they have an onsen which was a plus for us as we would want to soak after a day of walking/tour. They have iced candy at the onsen which was also a nice treat. I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time—just perfect! The location is AMAZING, within walking distance of all the best spots in Sapporo, making it super convenient. Odori Station is right at the doorstep, and the area is surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the price is phenomenal. The room is spacious, much bigger than what we're used to in Tokyo, with a comfy bed and an excellent shower. I’m definitely staying here again on my next trip to Sapporo!

The room size was similar to most Japan hotel room sizes. There was an amenity bar (hairbrush, toothbrush, cotton swabs etc.) in the lobby. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a train station entrance across the road and a very short walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shops. The hotel also directly faced Odori Park which provided a lovely view and meant noise wasn't an issue. Moreover, the hotel unexpectedly had a Communal Bath on the top floor which was what I liked the most. I was able to enjoy the onsen after a long day of exploring the beautiful city! The onsen was fully equipped with amenities and even had a refrigerator with popsicles.

Very clean rooms. Staff at check-in were very friendly, we arrived prior to 3pm, but our room was ready so we were able to check right in, thank you. Rooms are 'compact', but we knew that in advance, but in reality it's a non issue. Location was perfect, across the road from Odori Park for the Snow Festival. Walking distance to Sapporo train station. Whilst rooms weren't next to each other, they were on the same floor and a short walk to each other. Would stay again, if in Sapporo. Thank you.
