Everything was great. My room was spacious and my bed comfortable. 24hr free drink station, free sake at reception from 4-7, sadly I only was able to enjoy 1 night. Perfect location. Made visiting Himeji and Akashi park a breeze. Many restaurants around and a McDonalds attached to the hotel. Close to major station.

Nothing. Breakfast could have been a bit better. I saw the offering and decided to eat some McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches instead.

The location of the hotel was superb, you have the station and underground just a 5 minute walk away, dozens of shops and maybe a hundred restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel. (Don't miss the shopping area, turn right out of the entrance and first right down the side street) The staff were truly exceptional, they made a supreme effort despite me struggling with even basic Japanese and were courteous and attentive. The room had an incredible array of amenities, featuring pretty much everything you would ever need, plus the facilities in the hotel itself were excellent and took care of all my needs.

The room didn't have a coat hook, insignificant, I know, but that's all I could think of.

Staff were very helpful with special requests like ironing boards and weighing scales. Lots of free toiletries available at the reception area. Nearest parking is available at Asta Plaza East for ¥800/24 hrs. Rubber duckie in the bathtub was a nice touch. Free drinks all day at the drink machine in the restaurant with all kinds of hot and cold drinks. You won't need a vending machine in this hotel unless you want a beer. 5 min walk to the nearest subway station. McDonald's just next door but it's not 24hrs.

I left my down jacket behind in the room and when I contacted the hotel, they said they did not have a lost and found facility. That was quite disappointing.

Very comfortable, clean room perfect for one traveler. With more than one it would be a little tight. There was plenty of room to open my suitcase at the end of my bed, which was a nice change from some Japanese hotels. The location was very close to the station, which was very convenient. The McDonalds next door can also be convenient for breakfast or late night food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not much. The towel change situation was a little confusing. Also, something was wrong with my kettle, and it wasn’t stopping once the water finished boiling. The breakfast might be an issue for some people. It’s definitely a Japanese style breakfast setup, so if you’re not used to that, or looking for more of a Western breakfast, you might not like it. Also, the coffee was pretty darn bad.

Close to lots of eateries and ATM machines as well as the train station. A quieter part of Kobe. Very obliging staff. A good breakfast with a good variety of Japanese and western food. Coffee and drinks machine accessible 24/7. Free Sake in the evening!

Not much. The automatic soap in washing machine put a small bleach stain on my favourite trousers

Very satisfied with staying comfortably in a spacious and clean room. we could enjoy the Japanese restaurant Yoshinoya, which is a 3-minute walk from this hotel. we experienced the Lokal train from Shinnagada Station to Himeji Station and explored Himeji Temple. As we traveled back and forth by the Lokal train, the local scenery spread out in front of our eyes like a painting.

24 hour front desk. Macdonald fast food is right next to hotel if really want quick food. Room is clean. I absolutely love that they have a one time use plastic bag wrapped on the TV remote control. Feel so hygiene. I think it is very dirty that everyone touched the remote and it is not something the cleaner would clean it frequently. So lovely to have the remote wrapped. Nice.

The breakfast choice not as much choices. Parking need to pay extra. Room is very small but this is expected.

A professional and welcoming hotel that is easy to travel to from the centre of Kobe. We made use of the washing machines and tumble driers as we were well into our trip and everything came out clean and warm. There is a decent all night café across the road if you arrive late. The breakfast was filling and bright.

Staff was very nice and ready to talk to me in English. When asked, they recommended places to eat dinner in the neighbourhood. Even a (handmade) map with restaurants was provided (only in Japanese).

I expected a night lamp in my room, but there was not one, and I only found out I could borrow one on my second day. I just wish they would had told me at check in.

Price was good value. Location, although a bit far from the central, was still convenient as there were restaurants and essential shopping in the vicinity. Getting into Central Kobe was not a problem at all, just 3-4 JR stops ride away. Free flow of hot and cold beverages throughout the day was definitely a plus.

Breakfast could have been better if there was more fruit made available.
