The location was excellent, helpful, friendly English speaking staff. Modern hotel, scan for wifi, coffee, tea, and free amenities all day at the lobby. 15 minutes walk to Namba station, took a taxi with luggage only 1000 yen. Close to main attractions , food, and shopping all around you, 7/11 downstairs. The room was spacious, a triple room, enough space for all our luggage and shopping! Fresh towels and water everyday. Check out at 11am, and you can extend your checkout with a small fee. Great luggage storage before and after check-in or checkout.

This is my review from after my first stay with HotelVista Had a glowing experience with this hotel and the staff were really amazing. All of the amenities felt very nice and modern, showers were perfect. Everything felt sanitary and clean.

Loved the location and the size of the room. Our accommodations in Tokyo were much smaller for a higher price. The hotel lobby is on the second floor. They have a great breakfast and laundry facilities! They have staff that speak perfect English and I believe some speak Mandarin as well.

This place exceeded our expectations, and was a great value for the price. Our room was on the bigger side for Japanese hotel standards, and having separate rooms for toilet, sink, and shower helped with space management -- as well as having an extra door between the bathroom area and the sleeping area. We had no problem finding space to lay out our suitcases (which is often a challenge in Japanese hotel rooms), and everything was perfectly clean and new-feeling. It's not a luxury experience by any means, but for the price it's all very lovely, clean, and professional. The location is also very convenient, close to the train and the lively Dotonbori nightlife area, with endless restaurants and bars within walking distance. It can be loud and crowded outside, of course, but we didn't hear any commotion inside the hotel, it felt peaceful and protected. We loved the free breakfast -- it had lots of varied options with Western and Japanese cuisine. We also took advantage of the laundromat, which was very handy, cheap, and easy to use. Overall, would certainly stay here again!

The mattresses are a bit firm for our taste but we understand that is the norm in Japan.

The location was in the heart of activity of Osaka-dining, Dotombori, subways, 7-11 right next door is a huge bonus. The breakfast was very light, tasty and of good value. Complimentary coffee and tea at other times. The second floor lounge overlooks into the street which has a nice cafe feel especially during breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, elegantly decorated with ample space and a modern bathroom. Complimentary slippers and sleepwear created home comfort while traveling. Will book again.

The washer and dryer combo was great that it was secured with a code while in use although I couldn't gauge my load properly and had to dry more than once each load to dry thoroughly-probably user error. Second floor is guest check-in, breakfast area, laundry floor, so can get crowded during the breakfast hours.

Even though it was a small room, we love that it can fit all for of us and my girls love the bathtub and sitting by the window to look out at the street view. It is just a few minutes walk from Namba station and it's really convenient to take the train to explore any other locations. There were a couple of Halal food around the area. Hehe we just use Google map to look for nearby halal food. My personal favourite would be: Halal Ramen Nani Waya Pho-Me Halal Restaurant (next to Nani Waya) Halal Ramen Ayam Ya Dotonbori

It can get a little busy along the alley as the youngster went out to party at the bars or the host club at night.

Great location, very clean, spacious, and well managed hotel. The front desk staff was outstanding helping us arrange to deliver our luggage to the last hotel before our check in time (which is not always possible). Breakfast buffet was good, many options to choose from. Laundry facilities were standard and easy to access. The room had a beautiful view, very spacious, very comfortable bed, AC was great, the shower and tube were great with space to take a shower before soaking in. The amenities were great, specially the shampoo and conditioner, great hair dryer. Will try to book again when we’re back next year.

I wish they had more hooks to hang stuff on the walls.

I had room with a great view of the city scape. Very comfortable room with all the amenities needed. Laundry services. Great wifi! Beautiful shower. Trendy rooms. Centrally located near the famous dontonbori water way area and the metro stations. Lots of great dining spots and shopping areas. Hotel is gorgeous, also atop a 7-Eleven. Staff was so accommodating when I asked to extend stay for 2 extra nights. My sister had her own room and the concierge also supported her in extending her stay as well. So much to explore in the area!

The heat inside hotel was on the warmer side. Understandable since I was there in December. Thankfully the windows open a bit to air out a warm room and there's AC.

Breakfast was great, there was a variety of choices everyday. Unlimited drinks is also offered daily. The staff are polite and accommodating. Communication was not a problem. Rooms were all clean. The hotel is well-kept.

The washing/drying facilities are limited (there's only 2). People queue up to do their laundry. Clothes don't really dry too well. The laundry machine monitors are not working properly. Other than this, we are very satisfied with our stay.

It was the perfect size, not too big, not too small. Just the right size. Impressive value for the location and the staff is more than accommodating and perfect for two people. Perfect walk from Tombori Riverwalk and the heart of Dotonbori. I will definitely be coming back to stay with Hotel Vista many times more in the future. Had a truly exceptional stay here. In-fact, I had originally booked for 2-nights here in Hotel Vista then was going to transfer to another hotel where the other half of my family was staying. Once I arrived at the second hotel (which was quite a bit more expensive) my guest and I were appalled at the quality of the amenities at the new hotel that we traveled BACK to Hotel Vista to have one more night to enjoy Osaka properly. 5/5 Stars

There was almost little to no issues with my stay here. I’d be nitpicking if I were to say that “I wish I had slightly bigger bottles of Tooth Paste” but really this wasn’t an issue.
