They provide a lot of rental items, like TV Amazon stick and portable body massager. However, it is in limited amount, so make sure you rent it before others do! The hotel is just across a bus station (You can take the bus from Osaka Ekimae) and convenience store. 8 minutes walk to the nearest train station.

The room is a bit small. There were little space to move around, from the room entrance to the other bed (since I booked for a room with 2 beds). There was only 1 elevator provided, so you have to be patient and wait for a bit especially before the check out time.

The locations of Eins.Inn is great, you're a 20-minute walk from the great Osaka station, and both from Itami and Kansai the hotel is easy to reach. They also provide great transfer instructions on their website from these places. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast is a delicious must try if you have the chance!

The rooms were tiny and somewhat dark, packing luggage is a challenge with limited space to your disposal. My room also showed it's age, with obvious scratch marks and nicks here and there. However, the rooms were still very very clean.

The location is great, quiet enough for Osaka :). It is close to metro stations The staff was great and helped us with anything we needed. If you need something you just have to ask to see if they have that available. The rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was delicious. Could have been a bit more of food but delicious. Also, i forgot a device in the room. I've just asked them by message and they sent it to me to Tokyo by mail. Thank you very much guys. The personal is owesome !

The rooms are a bit small, but it is Japan, so it is what is.

The location is good and the staff are amazing- they went out of their way to assist us with dietary needs- 1 with nut allergies and 2 vegans. They also assisted us with luggage storage and checked into shipping luggage to our next location.

We stayed in the family room 201- the largest room on the floor and it was tight for 4 adults and limited space for simple carryon luggage. We simply had to place the luggage at the sliding front door of the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have enough time to take the breakfast in the morning, so they packed a sandwich for me to go. Thank you for that!

The single room can only accommodate a bed with no space even to put a suitcase if open. So I had to sleep with suitcase open on my bed. Very uncomfortable. Hotel should come up with some solution for this.

lots of different types of pillows and different hair treatment. also the view to the city was great and you could open the window for fresh air.

Very friendly and highly exceptional staff. The location is close to a couple of local eats, public transport and mini marts so it is very convenient.

Misjudged the size of the room when booking, so us family of four ended up getting a 2nd room. Would recommend getting two separate rooms for a family of 4, unless you are travelling with kids. Aside from that, everything was great!

This is a very classical Japanese western-style multi floor hotel. We've got a corner room, which seemed a bit larger than a general square ones and had a great view of the street. The setup was pretty standard, everything in place, as you could expect from this level of the hotel. It was very much worth every yen we've paid and had a simple yet good breakfast with an additional take-out drink. Pretty good location near the metro station. Despite the noisy street, the room was quiet and let us have a very good sleep. All in all, everything was as expected, well arranged and managed. I would recommend it for a few night stay.

The laundromat is hidden outside, making it a bit of a challenge to use. However the helpful staff compensates for the inconvenience.

Friendly and excellent. They stored our luggage while we went on an overnight trip to Miyajima which was so convenient and appreciated. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but were clean, had all the necessary facilities, and for the price it was 10/10 value. We would recommend staying here.
