The location next to Bentencho station was very nice. The hotel was inbetween both the JR and the Chuo lines - one to the left and one to the right. The family mart at the ground level was very convienient when we came back after exploring the city. We didn't try any of the restaurants in the hotel but the little bakery was nice! It's a nice and quiet location. We used the luggage transport to the hotel (pick up and check in were super easy) and to send it to Kyoto - the staff were super helpful even with the language barrier.
The room wasn't as big as we thought it would be, but matched a standard size for Japan. Luggage transport at this hotel was cash only - not a big deal just didn't expect it.

We loved the location of the hotel -right next to both the Japan Rail train station and the Osaka Metro line. It made getting around so easy and convenient. Everything you could need is within walking distance to the hotel. There is a Family Mart right outside one of the entrances to the Art Hotel. There are several restaurants within the hotel as well with wonderful food and are great value for money. We loved having a French Bakery right next the hotel as well. We loved our room which was a Family Room which had 2 double beds and bunks for the kids in their own separate space. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Overall this was a wonderful hotel.
We weren't actually told that housekeeping was provided for an additional fee. The laundry facilities leave a lot to be desired. The washer/dryer combo was extremely inefficient and really didn't do a good job of washing the clothes.

I loved the stunning view from the room, especially the panoramic view from our 50th-floor room. The daily housekeeping was a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get out of in the morning. The discounted tickets to Solaniwa Onsen were a great value, and I enjoyed visiting almost every day. The room was spacious, accommodating my luggage and offering a relaxing bathtub. The hotel's convenient location, connected to Bentencho station and part of the Osaka Bay Tower, made it easy to access various amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, and Solaniwa Onsen.
One minor inconvenience was the confusion regarding the hotel entrance. Arriving directly from the Bentencho JR line, the lift access led to a different exit than the one indicated on the website's "Getting There" page. This slight misdirection could have been avoided with clearer instructions.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY! Osaka Bay Tower was right outside the BentenchĆ Station, which is where we got down while travelling from Nara to Osaka. The room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary basics. We got a room on the 37 floor which had an INCREDIBLE view of Osaka skyline!! Great value for money. There is also a Family Mart right outside the hotel entrance, and several great cafes and restaurants in a mall next door.
Nothing about the property. We were sad we couldn't spend more time at the hotel since we had to look around the city. Not related to the hotel specifically - Only small challenge we faced was finding an ATM which charged a smaller transaction fee (the one in Family Mart charged 2.2% whereas many 7/11 ATMs only charge 1.1%).

We had a Quad room which was a great size with ample space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Nice furnishings and amenities in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet, great shower. Enjoyed a panoramic view of the city from 23rd floor. We had 2 packages posted to hotel reception which were received with ease. The adjoining Solaniwa Onsen is a really fun experience not just an onsen. Discounted price for hotel guests. Family Mart just outside as well as Burger King and some other restaurants and shops in the complex. Direct access to Bentencho Station via stairs was also so handy. The staff were lovely, didnât speak a lot of English though nothing Google translate couldnât help with. The photos shown of rooms were a true reflection of what you get.
Not complaining, just commenting, rooms have single glazed windows so could hear street noise. Breakfast included in B&B price was for the light breakfast offered on level 2 with no view („2,000 pp), not what we had expected. We upgraded for an extra „1,500 pp per day to enjoy breakfast in the 51st floor buffet restaurant („3,500 pp). View amazing!

The room was fantastic for a family. Very big and had a table and chairs to sit at for all 4 of us. The price was really great for the size and amenities. We did not have breakfast included but this was fine as this complex where the hotel is has 24 hours Family Mart and so many more restaurants and a supermarket so we bought breakfast and ate in the room. So good! It is not super central but we liked that and there is a local train station with direct access.
The beds were a little hard, but we noticed this throughout Japan and any hotel we stayed at.

Well located next to Bentencho Station (loop line and Metro) Solaniwa Onsen is nearby (must visit) Good size room with 4 beds fitted in it. Clean room and bathroom with shower separate from bathtub. Have vending machine on every floor. Friendly staffs although some may struggle with English language but theyâre willing to do their best to help.
Lift system is quite annoying which you have to keep switching the elevator every time to go to laundry room. Not enough laundry machines. Microwave spot should have in every floor.

We used the train from the airport which comes onto the loop line and stops right by the hotel and was very easy to manage. We had booked a family room and it was one of the best such rooms we have ever stayed in: good size bunkbeds, space to sit by the window, kitchenette, comfy beds. You have to pay extra for fancy breakfast on the upper restaurant, but we found the breakfast in Sara's downstairs offered good coffee and a good selection of food, and you can borrow books to look at whilst there. The staff were very helpful. The complex around the hotel offers family mart, pharmacy, book shop, icecream parlour, we at at the pancake cafe too and this was tasty and reasonably priced. Visited the onsen and the gym, both very good, and kids enjoyed the sort of fake grass village square for running about before bed. Very easy to use overground and subway trains from here and we enjoyed Osaka very much. Would visit again!
Some plates and cutlery in the kitchenette would have been helpful, but this is a minor grumble. There are cups.

The reception staff are very helpful. We had a variety of requests from utensils to screw drivers and they all could accommodate. Basically you can ask for anything. The only thing like mission impossible is they couldnât help heat up the pizza we bought at the nearby supermarket because of the size being unable to fit into the microwaveâŠ
The bathroom is not Japanese style (half shower and half bath). This is the only hotel in my our trip in Japan that the bathroom is international standard. I do like the Japanese style bathroom that you take shower first outside of bathtub, then you get into the bathtub for a bath. The toilet is outside so you can bathe as long as you like.

Very well located at Bentecho station; good size rooms; convenient access to konbinis, supermarket, restaurants and spa.
We were two adults and three children staying in a family room that is technically designed to accommodate only four people. Before booking, I inquired about the bed arrangements and was informed that two people would need to share a bed, but that there would be enough space overall. However, the beds were smaller than a standard double, making it quite a tight and uncomfortable fit for the two kids that shared the bed.
