I only spoke to 1 staff member, as this was an unmanned hotel, I saw the staff member the night before my stay as I had previous nights there. I did not have to move rooms which was a bonus. The room was clean and tidy. There was enough towels and toiletries during my stay. Door codes where issued upon check-in this was done with a tablet/ipad at the desk as no physical person manned the counter. Everything was in order.

The only things I did not like was the step up into the bathroom. The layout of my room did not allow any room between the beds, if you put space between the beds, you had no access to the fridge and microwave. Another room that one of my friends was in had a different layout and the access to the fridge and spacing between beds was much better.

Simple, contactless check-in, proximity to the U.S. military base, located near convenient stores, easy to catch a taxi and, lots of entertainment in walking distance.

At night, that area can get a little sketchy. The room, entrance to the building, and some common areas were not wheelchair accessible-friendly and was difficult to navigate for fully abled people, as well; a tight fit. No room to put your bags.

Due to the self check-in and Check-out, the times were very flexible. I really liked the concept of the Hotel (each room had a different theme: R&B, Jazz etc , and a own playlist). The beds were very comfortable and every room had a really cool Bluetooth speaker, a huge TV and overall everything you need..

The WiFi did not work most of the time. A person at the reception would have solved the problem, but since it was self check-in, and check-out, there was no person

Reasonably priced rooms. Decent location.

Did not like the “no front desk” with full time staff. Our first time going to a hotel that is “ contactless checking/checkout”. This also affected the security of the premises as anybody , whether registered guest or not, would be able to have access to all the hotel floors.

The room was very spacious! And the View was really amazing!

Cleaning was Not done properly in my opinion: there was so many Hair on the floor (which was Not Mine). I don't think they vacuumed the room after the Last visitor... There was so much black Hair on the floor (I have Light Brown Hair, so it wasn't Mine)

nice, clean room, BT speaker was a fun surprise.

Regarding check in at the property, the tablet id picture/scanning function needs improvement. Not intuitive. No directions on where or how to position ID so it could be scanned. I just figured it out by luck over a few minutes of trial and error. Not good. Pre check in online was listed as "successful" but didn't accomplish much. As noted above, I went through the same basic process when checking in at the property.

I loved how spacious the room was. The size of the tv was incredible. The speaker that came with the room. Overall just an awesome room. I wished I stayed for more than one night.

I liked everything about the property except maybe the size of the bathroom. But that’s not a big deal considering how large the room itself actually is.

It was very spacious, clean, and convenient to the nightlife in Koza and Kadena base gate 2. The cleaning staff was very helpful when I asked questions and gave me fresh towels and linens.

There is no human interaction. It is nice to be able to check in and out on a touchpad, but there is no one to ask questions. I was told the room is only cleaned if you stay a minimum of 5-6 nights.

I ain’t gonna lie I like everything about the property, the heel itself that’s why every time I am in Oki I book in Music Koza.

I don’t think there’s anything that I didn’t like so far since I’ve been coming here.

There were no staff, it was an auto check in and check out. Room was basic and bathroom very small, but had all that was needed. It was close to Okinawa Arena which was important for our stay.

No Staff all automated - lacked the personal touch.
