Very close to the monorail station, it was very easy to get around the city. Room was clean and spacious, although the double beds were like more closer to a king single (in Australia), so with a large husband I ended up sleeping with one of the children. Bathrooms were a good size. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of food choices. Car rental in the foyer was very handy, Okinawa was easy to get around by car. Staff were prompt at responding to requests.

Would of been nice to have a small pool or spa for the kids. Not a huge amount of food options with in walking distance and the hotel only did lunch, not dinner so we had to catch the monorail to other locations to find more variety. Need more 'things to do" info in English.

Location was excellent, only a stones throw away from the monorail station and had a lovely park with lovely view of the river. There was family mart and 7/11 near by as well and many good eateries around. It was also near a donki. 15mins monorail ride from airport. There is a taxi stand just outside the hotel as well.

It does say 4 stars but did not have any facilities such as gyms or rooftop. No bins around not even recycling area so it was difficult to find a place to empty our trash after a long day out.

Great location, near the light rail station and a short ride from the airport. Lovely view, even my room didn’t face the prime direction. Room was meticulously clean. Highly professional & friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Great breakfast and nice dining hall. Great selection of beverage in the vending machine. Great environmental effort can be seen in one-time amenities and their drinkable tap water.

Nice pajamas, but the laundry detergent or bleach used on the pajamas or sheets was probably pretty harsh so my skin was sensitive to them.

Location with parking lot available. Near to monorail station. Several eateries and convenience stores around the hotel within walking distance. Petrol station right behind the hotel. Good view of river and Naha town. Water and ice dispenser available on almost every floor. Lifts are very efficient and little time wasted waiting. Luggage storage at front office. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff able to speak English.

Limited choices for breakfast buffet. Front office waiting area could be larger.

Excellent location, right next to Tsubogawa station (5th station from Naha airport). Right next to hotel is less than 1 minute walk to a Family Mart and 1 minute walk to Naha Post Office. A short 5 min walk to Donki Quiote. Also overlooking the canal and a nearby athletic park. Hotel check-in staff can speak English. A little behind hotel are restaurants and Yoshinoya. There's a travel desk in the hotel lobby as well. Facilities are modern and equipped. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

Air-con is a bit noisy at night.

The location was very good, right beside the monorail station. Very convenient to go to the airport.

The restaurant was only opened for breakfast for both buffet and takeout from 6:30am. When we needed to leave the hotel at 6:15am to catch our flight, we requested from the front desk if we can collect the takeout at 6:15am a night before. But the staff insisted that the restaurant is only opened at 6:30am and I did not see any attempt to help resolve the issue. We just have to gave up the breakfast which we have paid for.

It is a good hotel to arrive in Okinawa. It is close to the airport and close to the main subway. Good restaurants near by, very good breakfast, many choices. The rooms were functional and ours has a nice view toward the river. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room were very small, difficult to move around. The bathroom would rather need an update. And it is very small also. As there were mostly non-Okinawan working at the reception, many questions can’t be answered, as they also don’t know the island well.

Warmly welcomed by the front desk, appreciated their tolerance to allow our car to park temporarily outside the hotel to unload our luggage. We had a long drive from North of Okinawa, from Motobu to Naha is about 100 mins drive so all these small details were greatly appreciated. The fact that we choose Hotel Mecure is because we had to return car one day before we leave for a very morning flight, so the train station next to the hotel was a plus.

There were no or little aircon in the lobby, it's a little warm

There were some marks and stains on the walls and curtains. Air conditioner was sometimes noisy and not as cooling as we needed for the summer heat. The air purifier circulated a lot of dust around the room, so it had to be turned off.

Good location near monorail station. Quick connection to Naha aitport. Good for short stop-over (waiting for next flight).

Basic hotel, not very interesting to spend there a lot of time (i.e. to be on holidays).
