Excellent location in Naha, able to access key tourist attractions by walking. Was able to drive and find parking easily with a higher fee. The breakfast was truly Okinawan and delicious. Free flow of drinks, ice cream and soup was something we look forward daily. Only downfall was that the lift to the basement lobby and to the group floor broke down, making it hard for elderly and luggages to move between floors. The staff made up for it with excellent service by helping to carry the luggage’s up—thank you!

Hotel is very close to the Main Street Kokusai Dori, just a few steps reach to Donki Donki, friendly check in counter services , with various kind of breakfast, and free drinks and laundry services

The location and the room are great, right in front of the shopping street. We enjoyed the ice cream and beer bar and had so much tea and nice drinks anytime. The room is a nice size for the city and doesn't feel noisy despite it being on a busy street. The staffs are amicable and lovely. I had an injury due to a bike ride that day, they noticed it and then gave me some plasters for it. They also have a lot of fun things you can rent, like bikes and games, unfortunately, we only stayed a night and didn't have enough time to enjoy all of them, but next time when we come back to Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again!

I love everything about it. The parking isn't free but they have a partner parking lot, it's cheaper than others as well.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is kind. Loved the lounge (with local beer and ice cream - so good). The room was spacious for Japan standards. Excelent location (short walk to the monorail and kokusai dori). The breakfast was tasty and a nice experience, but maybe a bit 'daring' as it seems to be 100% local food. Important to know as some people might not adjust and a 'mixed' breakfast was the default experience during my trip do Japan, so this one stands out a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Art Stay Naha and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special. The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore Naha, and the art throughout the property creates a truly unique ambiance. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and at the front desk. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with plenty of delicious options. If you're driving, be sure to ask the staff about recommended parking at a nearby car park.

Location is very near to Kokusai Dori street. There is a Starbuck and McDonald nearby, good for breakfast. Plenty of eateries. Within walking distance to the Miebashi subway station. Hotel provides free drink for guest at the lobby area. Hotel staffs are friendly and they helped arrange for taxi to the airport when we checked out.

Better to get the Deluxe Twin Room instead of the Twin Room. We travelled as a big family and booked 4 rooms in total. Some rooms are not very well maintained.

The hotel is really close to a monorail stop, only about 5 minutes (about 500m) and so made things very easy when taking the monorail from the airport. It is also close to numerous eateries just up the road. The room was quirky with a child's drawing and the beds and amenities were perfect. We loved the combination of traditional and Western breakfast and the free beer and ice cream was a welcome relief after a hard day touring.

Everything - the friendly staff, hotel location, complimentary seaweed soup and ice cream available between 3-8pm, free laundry facilities, yummy breakfast, reliable air con.

Nothing - we anticipated the smaller rooms and compact bathroom, which is normal for many countries. Some might find this challenging. The firm beds and pillows might not be to one's liking.

Good base for friends or families travelling in group, with a lounge open 24/7 with free drinks and snacks for hotel guests to gather and also enjoy takeaway which we got from F&B in the area.

Bed and paint finish on walls and doors seen some years but clean so ok overall.

The property is in an excellent location! Short walking distance to the market, shops, and restaurants. The complementary ice cream, beer, Awamori (Okinawan style sake), and snacks were amazing! If you plan on visiting other islands, the walk to the harbor took about 15-20 minutes.

No complaints! It was a very good value and comfortable place to stay. Staff were friendly as well.
