We stayed at this lovely hotel for seven nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything we needed in the room was neatly arranged. The buffet breakfast was good, featuring mainly Japanese-style dishes. The staff were helpful and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the convenient location—just a short, easy walk to the train station, which made traveling to Kurashiki effortless. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to AEON, a massive shopping mall. However, the hotel should address the air conditioning issues, as it couldn’t be properly controlled. While we were informed upon arrival and given an alternative solution, a permanent fix would be ideal. Additionally, a gym would be a great addition to the hotel’s facilities.

Location and comfort are the main attractions here. The rooms (upper floors) are really nice, but not extreme big, not much room to put your clothing and or suitcases,. Beds were great, western pillows, nice clean and big shower and bath. Lounge is included in your stay in the upper floors, but only for a limited amount of time. Lounge is not open to hang-out in or no other place to really relax besides your room. Overal really nice comfortable hotel in excellent location, but expensive.

No place to hang out outside lounge hours, no bike storage in the hotel, no pool or gym.

Can choose your own pillow and bed was comfortable. Staff were all so nice, responsive, helpful, and all spoke really good English. Room was really quiet, nice large window toward the hills, location was so convenient from station - no need to cross any roads. Room felt pretty spacious. I didn’t get any meals as they were quite expensive (but looked nice!).

The fridge didn’t feel that cold, so I put a jar of ice (there’s an ice machine on the floor) and everything stayed cool. I’m not sure if the ice was necessary as I didn’t risk it. Shower head made a whistling sound but no big deal.

Loved how conveniently placed the ANA hotels are, always near a train station. Loved how helpful everyone is and very welcoming. The courier misplaced our luggage and ANA staff were on to it immediately, tracking and chasing up on our behalf. For a stressful situation, they made the whole thing seamless and we got our luggage found and delivered in a couple of hours, couldn't have asked for better service.

If I had to pick something, and this is such a small thing, I would love the bathroom products to be replaced when housekeeping come through so we don't have to ask at the desk for little things like an extra shower cap, cotton buds etc. Also little, but would appreciate basic cutlery and plates for those times you are so tired from travelling, you just want a konbini meal in your room.

This hotel was a great location as it was right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly yet professional. They went out of their way to be helpful and were so smiley! We were warmly welcomed. The breakfast was lovely. I really liked the freshly cooked omelettes! We loved the lounge access and the view from the Sky bar. This was well worth the money. I’d be more than happy to stay here again

The room was small and a little dated but we knew this. It was clean and the location, staff and breakfast more than made up for it!

Perfect Location, connected to train station. Impeccable service, staff were all genuine warm smiles and bent over backwards to help their customers. The front office staff helped me with every booking (haircut, nail appointment, restaurant bookings, train tickets, you name it!) They were absolutely lovely to deal with and the meals we had at the hotel were delicious, especially the lounge treats were very good. Okayama was my favorite place to relax as it's not overcrowded like many other big Japanese cities.

Room sizes were good, beds very comfortable with good pillows but the aircon during our stay was on the warm side and couldn't be turned down. We did get a fan but it was a shame you couldn't adjust the air conditioner to a lower temp. Also no gym and pool which would have been really nice to have but neither of these were deal breakers.

Really convenient hotel right next to the station. Staff are very friendly the room has everything you need and anything you want they can provide. We didn’t try the breakfast. The tv had an English Channel showing a film. The heated eye masks in the desk really helped with relaxing before sleep. We dropped our bags off before check in and went to Naoshima Island from here. Decaf coffee pods in the room. Plus kettle. Lots of hot water for bathing. Couldn’t find a plug by the bed though. No usb plugs. A little dated in places but still very good. Possibly the nicest hotel we stayed. Although we didn’t see the restaurant. Or try breakfast.

ANA Crown Plaza is located in a terrific spot close to the train station. Staff were professional, efficient and incredibly friendly. We had an excellent view on the 16th floor, and the room itself was clean and modern. Beds were especially comfortable. We also sampled the buffet breakfast and were really impressed with the quality of the food, customer service and presentation. If you need a break from budget options, ANA CP is a tonic.

No notes; this is a hotel that knows what it's doing.

Super location right beside main train station for Okayama, like 4 minutes walk from the platforms. Really comfortable, classy hotel really. Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from and great view from the 20th floor.

The only thing this place is missing is a bath/spa/onsen thing that a lot of other Japanese hotels have, that's it. And you can probably find one of those pretty near by anyway!
