I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel, and I must say that the staff really made it special. In particular, the staff at The Melt Restaurant were exceptional in their service and attentiveness. They made sure that every meal was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. Overall, I am impressed with the level of service and care provided by the hotel staff. You won't believe the breathtaking view of Mount Yotei that awaits you! It's truly amazing and awe-inspiring. With its snow-capped peak and majestic grandeur, it's a sight that will leave you speechless.
The hotel faced some challenges due to the seasonality of the Niseko. As a result, many facilities were closed, making it difficult for me to find options for getting food. The location of the place added to the complexity of the situation. Despite my efforts, I had a hard time finding other viable options for food during my stay.

I absolutely loved the room and the breathtaking view it offered. The onsen experience was delightful, complemented by excellent service. The ski valet staff were exceptionally helpful, as were the waiting staff and the team at the front desk café—top-notch service all around. I signed up for Hilton Honors specifically for this trip, but unfortunately, I couldn’t earn points. It would be great if Hilton provided clearer guidance for new members on how to maximise the benefits of the programme. Despite this, my family and I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the proximity of the gondola to the hotel! It was really convenient to step outside the hotel doors and onto the mountain! The views from our room were great, friendly staff, and an all around pleasant stay for our first time in Niseko.
The only reason we would not choose the Hilton again for a future trip is due to the location. In order to go to the main city area, Grand Hirafu, there are free shuttle services - which we really appreciated! However, Grand Hirafu has all of the local dining, bar, and shopping attractions. The only way to get there is via bus, you can’t conveniently walk and taxis are not easily accessible. If you don’t care about the local attractions (shopping, night life, etc.) and are OK with only eating at the Hilton, then it’s a great ski in-ski out option but if you want to be conveniently located to all Niseko has to offer I’d opt for a hotel in Grand Hirafu.

February 2023
Breakfast at 3rd floor(community) was terrible in our view(very asian...), but once upgraded to the 2nd floor it was magnificent! This was due to high influx of Western food options. I am sure asian breakfast lovers appreciates 2nd floor, but we didn't. Overall location is probably the best one available with proximity to the gondola. Perfectly situated.
All staff wearing masks, which is very strange in February 2023, and totally unrelated to safety of course as the world has moved on and it is not governmentally required either(not allowed to regulate), technically very negative perception on my side.

Excellent location for true ski in and ski out! That was so convenient to have the ski valet at the back of the hotel to gear up and then buy lift tickets and go. Saved us a lot of time and we were able to explore Niseko village for dinner options and the hotel also had many dinner/ restaurant options. The staff were really kind and attentive and breakfast was great!
The hotel is definitely dated and could use some upgrades/ remodeling. But I understand you are paying for the location. We also did just come from a week long stay at the FS Otemachi in Tokyo so that was a big change! But the views were pretty if you ask for a high floor room.

Stayed 2 days, location was superb. Staff was nice and accommodating but food part was big let down. Chef needs to re look into IRD menu. First day dinner buffet was average son got sick on the day 1 I don’t blame food from the buffet we travel this might happen but seeing the same chicken soup noodles for 2 days breakfast makes me to think food not been freshly prepared is chef are checking the rotation of menu. Service was friendly. Poor choice of fruits, chefs do prepare nice omelet but poor choice of ingredients!
Food and poor choice menu in IRD. Only menu has pizza pictures but no pizza in a family ski resort

We had very little idea what to expect at the destination train station, and our return trip was fraught with logistical problems. The staff were exceptionally helpful in providing solutions for our problems, allowing us to depart safely. I'm very grateful to the staff for all the assistance in making it out safely.
I like a firm bed, but found the beds too firm for my comfort. The heating and cooling system is shared between all rooms, which means one doesn't have individual control over the temperature of their own room. We visited in early October after they had turned off the building wide AC and turned on the building wide heating system, which made our room unbearably hot with few workable solutions. However, the staff worked very hard to rectify the situation, and even allowed us to change rooms in an attempt to solve the problem.

Very well located in Niseko Village. Most staff was very friendly; particularly Merina at the reception counter. She was very nice and helped out a lot. Was very friendly to my kids also.
One staff member wasn’t very pleasant when we asked for some bottles of water and some clean towels, since we didn’t want our room made up that day. She said the hotel only provided water on the first day of the whole stay, which was ridiculous given we booked for 7 nights. Think her name was Chang. That was the only think that makes me not give full stars for staff.
