The hotel was a big high-rise not far from Yokohama station and the room we booked had an incredible view of the Yokohama Cosmoworld ferris wheel (it was really cool at night when it lit up!). The hotel was within a walk-able distance to a lot of what we wanted to see, and nearby buses accommodated whatever wasn't close to us well enough. We didn't use any of the offered extras like the gym etc. but they did look nice from reception. The room was a grand little room and suited us just fine!

The bathroom had this weird window looking into the bedroom built into the wall which I was not a fan of. It had a blind you could loosely pull down to cover, but the edges were still exposed. We had booked a double room as it was all that was available, so maybe it was assumed we were a couple but we are not so it was a little uncomfortable. Also not sure what couples would enjoy that kind of view either.. just be aware if you intend to book! But besides that little oddity it was a perfect stay!

This is an amazing hotel with an awesome view of Yokohama. Wifi was great, I had multiple meetings from the hotel reception and that was fine. Free coffee and plenty of amenities was great. The morning breakfast was also very above standard for Japanese breakfasts.

The only real issue is how far it is from everything. It's something like a 15 minute walk just to get to the metro station, or a 20 minute walk to the train station. Not connected. Count on light baggage and lots of walking, or taking a taxi or your own car everywhere if you want to stay here.

The staff were professional and very friendly. The room and all common spaces were very clean. The room was quiet and spacious. WiFi was free but see my comment below. The distance to the main train station is about 10-15 mins on foot. There is a supermarket just below the hotel. Before my arrival, the hotel staff were very responsive to my message exchanges (via the booking.com platform). There is a laundry room in the hotel. Overall, it offers a very good value for money.

Initially, I was experiencing issues with the WiFi, it was very slow and at times I couldn't even connect to it at all. I reported the issue and the staff were really professional. No excuses at all, they immediate offered an alternative room of the same type. I experienced no issues with the WiFi in the new room.

It was ok for one night stay. It's in a walkable ~15min distance from Yokohama train station. That's why I chose the hotel for in the first place and have all for quick night stay. It was nice that there was coffee in reception so I could have one on early check-out.

There's not much to do around the hotel, except great grocery store just next to the building to get some essentials. The area is quiet with nothing going on, in case you would like to go fr a dinner etc. It would be nice to have some library or seating area in hotel.

What a bargain! I know a lot has to do with the favorable exchange rates but the rooms we booked were really nice and with the breakfast thrown in were an absolute bargain. You could also choose your own amenities (i.e., toothbrush, bath bobs face washes, etc) so you really didn’t have to bring anything with you for an obernight stay besides clean undies and socks. Breakfast was also very good with a wide selection of dishes.

Location was a little bit of a hike from the station and the Red Brick Warehouse but the path was flat and it was an easy stroll.

I stayed at a wonderful hotel where everything was perfect. The room had a beautiful sea view from the window, making the stay even more enjoyable. The soundproofing was excellent, and I loved the window design. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I directly booked a 25-square-meter room. The separate wet and dry areas provided a fantastic experience. Additionally, there was a convenient OK Supermarket downstairs, which was great for shopping and added to the overall pleasant experience. Thank you for having me! I flied from London, and the room was very quiet, which was perfect for overcoming jet lag.

One area for improvement would be to pay more attention to the cleanliness under the bed and in the corners. Other than that, everything was excellent.

On par for 3-star hotel. Pros: I loved the amenities bar where you could chose what extras you needed which cuts down on waste. Nice staff Convenient check in and check out procedures Got upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a great view

-breakfast-lack of options and the need to be put on a waiting list in inconvenient and weird. -no phones in rooms is very odd and quite unsafe in case of emergencies -lack of entertainment options on in room tv -bathroom though clean is a bit out dated

Great location close to the Yokohama bay area, which you can walk to easily from Yokohama station, but it may be a bit far for some, around 15 minutes or so. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the selection of amenities which you can choose from in the reception area. We loved the view from our room and from reception too. You can enjoy nearby attractions that are walking distance, such as shopping at the Red Brick Warehouse, World Porters shopping centre and Cosmo World.

Amazing view of Yokohama Bay from the room I got it was comfortable and the stuff was nice. The price was also pretty cheap for the stay of four nights. Location was great nearby big malls and restaurants. It was quite a walk but it except that it was an amazing hotel

It was just really far from Yokohama station in nearby attractions and maybe, but I'm not sure but public transport was not really unavailable around the hotel. Everything was at least 10 minute walk.

The reception counter staff is very kind to us, we need to receive and sent a package, and they are very helpful and willing to serve us! The clean up strategy is smart by using a card controlled by the visitor including clean the room or not / change the sheet or not. They even hang a bag of new tower when we put "try next door" card. It's a very amazing accommodation experience, I will definitely recommend people to here if they need to.
