It was fabulous. Right in the centre of Itoshima and in this case closest proximity to Kyushu University Ito campus. Lots of Parking and a really super nice huge and multi-pool Onsen as part of the offer that made my afternoon very relaxing thats across the road! Buffet breakfast was really good too! (As good as a mainstream hotel like Nikko or Okura) Has coin laundry which is super handy as well as a Level 2 internal Public Bath available as part of the offer. Only disappointment was the dinner buffet closes at 8:30pm sharp!! So don’t be late! Do note that the location is centred amongst farming land and is not close to anything except the Settle Onsen and 7-11 across the street! To that point it’s quite a ways from the JR/Rail line so if you don’t have a car, you’ll need taxis.

The breakfast was really nice and provided lots of choices. The breakfast venue was in a restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel which is nice and clean with good view of the streets. It's convenient to drive to the beaches of the island which were not far from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from the town centre. We arrived at the hotel in the evening around 6pm and had to drive to the town centre for dinner in the dark streets. Though the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel could provide dinner buffet but most of the dish choices were quite similar to the food provided in the breakfast!

Friendly, English-speaking and polite staff. Spacious, clean and brightly-lit room. Comfy bed and generous 3 pillows (different levels of softness too) per person. Thick curtains that blockout sunlight completely if you wish to sleep-in. Fast WiFi. Modern bathroom fittings with high pressure shower. Ample car parking spaces. Easy check-in and check-out process. 7-Eleven convenience store just across the road.

this place is great. very new facility, has everything you need. much nicer than i expected. 7-11 across the street and you can use huge public bathhouse across the street for free. staff is great and very professional. definitely recommend.

the location is a bit far from everything, but in Itoshima you need a car or a bike anyway, so.....

Loved that I could open the window in the morning for some fresh air before it got too hot. Very clean & quiet hotel with a 24/7 convenience shop directly across the road. Quite a distance from central Maebaru but I had a hire car & there was plenty of parking at the hotel.

It had a surprisingly large amount of facilities for the price. Guests could use the onsen, small lounge area, and bikes. Newer than expected. Breakfast had some solid options.

Rooms were a little small, but that was expected for the price. Not a huge fan of those types of pillows. I wanted to open the window slightly more than I could.

Breakfast very good. Lots of choices. Hotel public bath is nice also. Nice lobby. Staff speaks well English during check in. The rooms very clean. As hotel guests you could visit for free to the wellness spa centre nearby. Absolutely love it. They have public bath, fitness centre, massage service, etc. We spent few hours there.

Their room is a bit small. But that's Japanese standards.

Everything was just fine. The hotel has a spa bath at 2 floors, but they also offered us free access to onsen with many bath and sauna witch just over the street. You can reach the Keya beach, 12 minutes by car. Very clean room with Netflix tv. I'm planning to come again.

Good location close to Kyushu University. Hotel is newish and stylish. Breakfast spread is superb. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room although a little tight, is very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the public bath. Having a laundry room is great.

The staff team were helpful, polite, and kind. They helped us book parts of our trip which can only be done in Japanese. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located around Kyushu University and there is a very nice restaurant and a 7-11 right across the street. Plenty of parking spaces are also available.

The wifi was a bit slow, but that is about it.
