The apartment was very clean, and everything looked very new and worked perfectly. We especially liked being able to use the shower dryer to dry laundry. Staff responded very quickly to any messages I sent and were always professional and helpful. There was a supply of clean towels and trash bags provided at the entrance. Check-in and check-out procedures were clearly communicated and easy to understand. The location was convenient to many supermarkets and public transportation.

To really nitpick, I'd say that the sound insulation of the building was not the best. We could hear the guests on the floor above us walking around at night. The table in the room is very small for a room designed for three people.

The room was large compared to most Japanese hotels we've stayed in. We appreciated the stocked kitchenette that had a semi full sized refrigerator and freezer. The room was quiet and we never heard any of the guests. We appreciated the free WiFi and YouTube & Netflix on the TV. Our family of four all had our own beds which as amazing! The beds were firm but not too hard. The location was a 7min walk to the Hakata Station but was close to a convenience store and a supermarket. We loved that it was across the street from the best Udong noodle place in Fukuoka! Overall, we had everything we needed and we fully enjoyed our stay here!

Room was spacious and has almost everything you need, microwave, stove, kitchen tools, washing machine, USB charger, etc. Location is not far from Hakata Station only 10 mins walk and there are many convenient stores nearby. Paid parking is just opposite of the hotel.

There is no people working at the hotel and it's really hard to contact management team if you need urgent help. No one pick up the phone using the number provided. So everything must be very well planned and any question/special request should be asked before arrival. There is no cleaning service which is ok for the price but it would be nice if you provide some easy cleaning tools in the room like broom or mop. The room is quite messy if you stay for more than 2-3 nights.

the room facilities were excellent - clean washing machine, drying facility in bath room, nice and modern toilet, comfortable bed. fairly spacious for 2 pax, check-in process at 3pm was quick and efficient, super market and family mart nearby

room only provided 2 trash bags for 8 days of stay... we have requested for more trash bag via the room inter-com but there is completely no response. The hotel should also allow hotel guests to bring their garbage to the garbage bin on the first level rather then wait for rubbish collection by the hotel at irregular intervals

Spacious and clean. The family suite has 2 WC which is a great plus point. Huge living area for bonding. There was card games and board games on loan for free. There was extra towels that you can pick up from the lobby for those on extended stay. Walking distance to Hakata station. List of recommended food spots at the lobby.

We are a family of five but there were only 4 slippers in the room. There was no way to get another pair immediately.

Great location, within walking distance to Hakata station and eateries. Love the triple double beds for our family. Convenient to have the washing machine & bathroom dryer, worked well. Self check-in was not complicated. Loved the suggestions of restaurants given. Games supplied at the lobby area along with extra towels and amenities if required.

For Japanese standards quite spacious studio/appartment with many good amenities, such as a washing machine. Studio is clean, wel maintained and the 2 beds are quite comfortable. Reasonable price/quality ratio.

The check in procedure is a bit chaotic with a tablet and lots of questions but in the end worked well. Location is quiet but not really inspiring

The apartment was clean, we were happy with the beds. There was an elevator which was great. The location was easy to find.

The pillows were very hard especially for my kids. There was no drying rack, which was strange because there was a washing machine. I asked for information but no response. The incheck was not very difficult but totally unnecessary and not efficiënt. Some place for drying the towels would also be nice. There was no contact with the owners.

The apartment is well appointed with super comfortable beds. Size was fine for our family of 4, also has a washing machine but no dryer. Had everything we needed for our stay. It’s about 10min walk to the train station and there is a bus stop within 2 min walk.
