The location is good ! And the size of the rooms are bigger than I expected. Overall are clean !

Got only 1 washroom is a bit hard for 6ppl especially in the morning. The bad thing was the washroom has some bad smell !

The place is near Hakata City and Tenjin station (airport line) and the room is just enough for our group (10pax) and very clean. There was hiccup during the online check in and we waited long but Yuri assisted us and we were pleased with the accommodation so this compensated for the inconvenience we encountered during check in. We love the place, we will consider staying at this hotel in the future. :)

The check in was quite complicated. I think it's best to just email/send the code through email or the booking app even on the day of check in.

Spacious apartment for two people.

Kitchen did not have any instructions on how to use cooker. It was not straight forward to understand so we couldn't cook on stove top or use the grill (although previous guests must have used it because the grill was dirty and had not been cleaned after them). Luckily there was a microwave. No toaster. Very limited cooking tools. And if you can use stove there was only one pan! Plenty of crockery. The washing machine also had no clear instructions but we just pressed all the options until we found a cycle that worked.

After staying in tiny hotel rooms, this apartment feels huge! Super comfy and modern. Clean and nice. It has a washing machine as well which is convenient. A bit far from Hakata station when you arrive with luggage at night, but closer to Fukuoka station and lots of stores and places to visit.

It would have helped if it had a clothesline to dry the clothes after using the washing machine. Also, the instructions in English to use the appliances could be better.

Great location and really good room, was very pleased with everything. Room was spotless and very comfortable, would look at coming back again in the future.

For some reason the bed was at below knee height which is a nothing tbh but I just found it really low and a pain to get up from. The small 2 seater 'sofa' was pretty small and hard to sit on as it must have seen some heavy use. Only 2 very minor things, we really enjoyed out stay.

The location is great, with restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. It's also close to Canal City Hakata. The room is spacious enough for a family of four, and my two kids found it to be as cozy as home.

The kitchen utensils and vessels are incomplete; there is no soup spoon.

Great location, close to convenience stores and nearby shopping and food streets. Cozy apartment with 4 beds split into 2 beds per room. Easy check in process. Slightly small for 8 people with luggage but we made it work.

Not enough amenities, booked for 8 people however we only had 5-6 bathroom amenities (towels, toothbrushes/toothpaste). Rooms had sliding door with the privacy filter, so unfortunately light could filter through if anyone was in the kitchen/living room area.

It was smooth and easy checking in. We stayed in a very clean unit.The property is close to a supermarket, restaurants, public parking, and a 10 min walk to Canal City & even to Nakasu yakitori. Airport is also not so far from this place, 15mins drive. Great place!

The pillows are too soft.

Hotel was clean and location convenient. Loved having the washing machine in the bathroom area!

A bit disappointed you didn't store luggage. We had a few pieces of luggage and very hard to lug it around the city for a few hours before our flight!! Meant we went to the airport early, which wasted the last day.

Great location to Tenjin. The apartment has all the basic facilities. My daughter left her Airpods in the apartment after check out. Staff were very helpful on finding it and it's self collection.

I wish the check in procedure and tourist tax can be simplified and settled online
