It was a good location in Bepu and the very confortable bed in the room. and also the spa facilities like hot springs was a good and felt calm. our family could took a break in hear. I will visit if i have any chance to come Bepu again.

There were two beds and seperated each other. I think that it has possibility to fall from bed in case of baby. so i try to move one bed to avoid kind of falling accident ,but it was impossibile It looks little dangerous if you have ine more baby. I recommend only room type.

Nice and clean, onsen baths look out to a garden with maple trees, would be lovely in Autumn. Staff were very accommodating, their English was limited which is common outside the big cities like Tokyo or Kyoto. We used Google translate to communicate and managed to get all the info needed for the trip.

The location is not close to Beppu station, where the restaurants are. You will need a car to get around.

Within walking distance of the Hells of Beppu. Fantastic staff.As i couldnt check in till 3pm the desk staff offered to shuttle me to an Onsen till then.

Ironically for a place that water is the main Onsen theme the shower lacked anything exciting! After hours its a little out of the way for a good bite to eat.

Very modern design, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean hotel. Onsen was amazing!

Was a little disappointed that we couldn’t use all outside baths. Would be nice to have more options for breakfast. Also would be much more convenient and safe for the guests if there was a crosswalk next to the hotel. The traffic was quite fast.

Great location, 5 minutes from Beppu IC. Very well-designed. Large room, nice view, friendly bilingual staff. Lovely bath area and good breakfast.

Nothing, but it’s designed for inbound tourists so there were large bus tour groups staying.

Very helpful English speaking staff at the front desk. Room was big for Japan and very clean. There were single sex indoor/outdoor onsens which we didn't have time to try. Loved the outside mixed hot pools (with swimsuits). Free parking outside. Big buffet breakfast.

Great location. Facilities were great, esp the onsen and pools in the garden. Professional and polite staff.

All is perfect

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is relatively close (~15 min walk) from one the major hot water springs attractions. It has its own spa which was very enjoyable to relax in. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyable stay.

It is a pity that the outdoor general (mixed) spa is still not open.

Good stay at Morinoyu, bit of a large style hotel but it was convenient for a night and last minute booking. Easy by car with a large parking in front. Good value overall.
