The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a view from 37th floor out East towards the F1 grandstand and the Sphere, which was really nice to see from high up. The rooms are a good size, with separate bath as well as a walk-in shower. The bed was really comfy!

The resort fee. What a rip off. Why don't they include it in the room price. Instead, they add this fee, that fee, this tax, that tax etc. And the pool was closed! There's no extra benefits or discounts for that fee. You just have to pay it. There's nothing in room like bottled water, coffee maker etc. And I refuse to pay $8 for a coffee at Starbucks on the Casino floor. Vegas is expensive compared to last time I was there.

Great location. Clean.

We got there around 6:00 pm. We tried to check in at the kiosk and it said our room wasn’t ready yet and we would receive an email. We went to the desk and were told there were no king beds available but they could give us two queens. We asked when a king room was going to be ready. She said not tonight. They are all taken. We said so when were we going to receive an email stating our room was ready. She said you probably wouldn’t. So we would have been without a room. That is unacceptable.

We upgraded to a larger room with 2 sinks in the bathroom which helped us 4 women get ready on time. The mattress on the beds were so comfortable. Everyone liked them. View of mountains was good. Kept getting lost in the casino. Would have been nice to have a map of it.

Didn't like that you had to pay $30 for a lounge chair to sit by the pool. What happened to the days of making your guests comfortable instead of ripping them off? Pool was refreshing but tile around edges needed cleaning badly.

Amazing options all around! Great food, great vibes and just an overall great location.

Several and I mean several employees at the cafe Hollywood were rude, and we ate there easily 5 times. I called to have the dresser bottom drawer repaired as it didn’t work when we arrived. They fixed it but lasted just that day and we needed the dresser as we stayed 8 nights, so a little disappointed In that but totally the least of our worries.

Location on the Strip is excellent and close to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants. Very good bedding, mattress and pillows. The fitness centre had all of the equipment for cardio and strength training.

The pool had some 'free of charge' sun loungers but none were near the pools and didn't get the sun before about 11 am. Not impressed.

Slow check in. Very crowded and kios check in was not working properly. Strip is like a maze. Not easy to access other nearby hotels.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. They had a bit of a modern flair and were very clean. The location was good for us as all of our favorite locations are close by. Staff was very friendly.

We booked and paid for a king room and were put in a double queen room. They allowed us the opportunity to move rooms the second night but we did not want the hassle. They said that they can never guarantee a room type and that it is first come, first serve

Large rooms with connecting door as requested. Location is very good as in the middle of Las Vegas Bld, so close to any activity, restaurant or bar The pool is very nice, with life guards, 2 bars and possibility to have snacks

Parking is at the other end of the hotel, so we had to go through the casino, the shopping area with our luggage to get to the car. Not so convenient with luggages. We did not find the drop off area (could be an idea to state it in the confirmation emails to facilitate the transport of the luggages). WIFI was not working properly and limited to 2 devices per room; login needed each 24h; we had to buy for additional devices while only 1 device was connected. Fortunately, the additional costs were not charged. Missed the feeling of "PH" in the rooms

The location is great. The rooms are spacious. Great view of the strip.

No kettle. No microwave. The bathroom was dirty, there was shavings/hair on the bath. The soap dish was dirty. The good thing was that we didn't intend on using the bath. I struggled with as soon as you exited the room and elevator you were punched in the face with cigarette smoke.

Nice location in Las Vegas. Nice room. Friendly staff. Have self service parking as well.

When checking in, I was told my room was unavailable until the next day. Pre booked a particular room, and not available when I arrive is not a great service
