We had a wonderful stay! Remember to go fist to check in to the Adler Suite & Stuben Hotel right in the middle of the village before heading up to the apartment. The two bathrooms were a perfect convenience for our group of 4 girls, especially during busy mornings. The amazing balcony view was a highlight, and the spacious common areas allowed us to relax and socialise comfortably after all day hiking. The kitchen had all the basic equipment we needed for quick cooking. The bedrooms provided sample comfort, with the second bedroom being well-organized despite being slightly smaller. The apartment's decoration had a special touch, which some of us loved, though it might appear a bit crowded to others. Additionally, there was enough parking space just in front of the apartment. Highly recommend!

We recommend ensuring all amenities are fully ready and clean before guests arrive. Although we experienced a small hiccup during check-in, the staff handled it seamlessly, without any issues. It would be helpful to add a larger sign with the apartment's name for better location identification of the amenities. Additionally, a few facility equipment items could benefit from some touch-ups or renovations (ex. balcony doors, bathroom lamps..). Despite these minor points, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Located in astonishing Alto Adige, one of the most beautiful spots on earth - the hotel Adler combines charm with exquisite taste. The restaurants, featuring great food and excellent wines, the large and well equiped rooms, the welness area all are top notch. However, what makes this place really outstanding is the warm welcome - the 'Gemuetlichkeit' of the owners and the staff. Hotel Adler is top!

We got larger appartment than we prepayed just because it was free - wow, I experienced this for the first time in my life. The accomodation was exceptionally large and comfortable. Equipment also exceptional. I will love to come back again. The stuff was also very kind.

Great stay and perfect place to explore Dolomites

Only thing is they could have provided us the bus pass as they collected city tax. All other hotels in that area are providing the city pass.

only confusing thing is you need to check in at the hotel called Gasthaus Adler I believe. but the apartments were very nice, super clean, gorgeous view of the mountains, and easy access to the small city center and public transit.

Staff was incredible. Everyone was very kind. Especially enjoyed the young man Jacobpo, who had a contagious smile. Very accommodating. The space itself was comfortable and had a lovely view.

We were expecting a comfortable experience for the price (around €150 per night). Unfortunately, we felt like second-class guests throughout our stay. First, finding the apartment building was a challenge. The directions provided were neither clear nor detailed. If you arrive during daylight, you might manage, but at night, you are left alone, in the cold, carrying your luggage, struggling to locate the building. The only sign is a small, dark, barely visible plaque by the road, and the poor lighting in the surroundings makes it even worse. It creates a frustrating and unwelcoming first impression. Once inside, the building had a strong sewage smell, which was also noticeable inside the apartment, especially in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the toilet was not properly cleaned upon arrival and emitted a persistent, unpleasant odor. The sofa bed was old and worn-out, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, we were surprised to find that there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom—only toilet paper. Similarly, no dishwashing liquid or cleaning products were available in the kitchen. When we requested them, the staff dismissed our request, saying that these items were not included in the service. We pointed out that this is not a matter of "service"—it’s a basic necessity in any hotel or apartment rental. After some insistence, they reluctantly provided a single tiny bar of soap, making it seem like they were doing us a special favor. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they prioritize petty cost-saving measures. Another major issue was the pillows. They were extremely thin, with only one per person. I explained that I have cervical issues and needed either a thicker pillow or at least a second one. I was told this was a “special request” that needed to be discussed with the manager. A second pillow is NOT a special request—it’s a basic accommodation in any hotel. No one followed up or showed any concern about my discomfort.
