My wife and I loved the place. It was an easy walk from the train station. Hassle free entry and a lift to the fifth floor. Our room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The air conditioner was on and necessary. The following day we were pleasently surprised by breakfast. We had already packed and left our luggage in the B&B. Walked around town for hours, came back to retrieve our belongings and strolled back to the station. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great. The host was very welcoming and walked us through the whole floor. The kitchen had all the appliances one would need and there was a wide choice of food and beverages. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and in order. All in all, a very pleasant experience, if I were to visit Trento again, I would book the same accomodation. 10/10

I had an early morning train from Trento and did not want to risk a late bus arrival, so at the last minute I found this excellent residence very near to the train station so that I could arrive the day before. It is extremely comfortable and just 5 minutes from the station. I never really had an opportunity to meet my host, Paolo, I had a self-check in, which was quite easy, and my phone conversations with the host were very amicable, I hope to meet him some day on a future visit. The WiFi worked perfectly in the room, the common kitchen was clean, well stocked, offered coffee, water, juices, and snacks included in the price, and as my check out in the morning was quite early, I found my breakfast table set up for me when I woke (breakfast is included in the price). The B&B is in a tranquil, clean neighborhood near the station.

I liked everything about the apartment, except that the private bathroom -- extremely clean and modern -- is external to the room, which I already understood to be the case before renting the room. I generally prefer a bathroom IN my room, but the hotel really makes the best of the situation, as the baths for each room are dedicated to each guest, accessible with a provided key, so completely safe to set up and leave one's own toiletries, toothbrushes, etc. in the bathroom. I can't imagine it could be done better for an external bath.

Excellent location just 5 mins walk from the train station and 7 mins walk to the Piazza Del Duomo. Very close by all the major attractions - two minute walk to the Castle. Paulo, the host was very welcoming. I had a lovely large room with a gorgeous view of the Alpine Mountains. . The room and entire place is spotlessly clean. A perfectly good breakfast was provided with tea/coffee, fresh breads and pastries, juice, yogurts, ham and cheese, croissants and condiments. Chilled bottled water and teas and coffees available all day. Staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. It felt like a home away from home. I loved it! Highly recommend!

Very organized system - check-in; keys; breakfast seating; bathroom and bedroom labelling; breakfast help yourself options - ( hams, cheeses, juices, yogurts in fridge) and breads, croissants, cakes, cereals on counter top. Comfortable bed and pillow; good shower pressure; attentive, informative and pleasant host; lift facility.

We had a one week holiday in Italy this year, and we stayed very different accommodations, some of them B&B, some of them hotels or casa. I can compare all of them , I wholeheartly comment that B&B Nettuno was the best. Everything is easy and perfect. Very close to train station, and historic places and two very good pizza resturants.Check in was so easy. The room was perfect, clean comfortable, bed is very comfortable. The size of bathroom and its facilities were perfect, shampoo and soaps are very good quality. Many hygiene products, even make up cleaner and two different hair dryer. And of course the breakfast is 10+, everyting is fresh, coffee is high quality and you may feel you are at home. Thank you so much Paulo for our best days in Italy.Very kind host and perfect accommodation.

Just like last time when we stayed in Trento we booked Nettuno this time too: the room and bathroom are very clean, breakfast is very good (especially for Italian standards), the location is close to the center of Trento, and the secure parking space is a bonus. Communication with Paolo is very easy, he speaks English too, and he is a very kind host. Nettuno is situated on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. There is (almost) no traffic noise in the rooms. We would definitely stay again!

Great B&B! Price/value - top. Nice room with comfortable beds. Separate bathroom may be a little bit disturbing, but every room has it's own dedicated bathroom so its not a big problem. Each table at breakfast room is also dedicated to room (great system, bravo to the host!). The host is really nice, takes care of everything and is always ready to help. Gated parking in the backyard. The old town is just around the corner. Overall - great place to stay during your visit in Triento.

Room is very clean. House keeper cleaned room every day. (I stayed here for 2 nights and did not expect that the room would be cleaned because it was B&B ). Location is very good ,it is near the train station while it is also near the attraction place ie. castle , duomo and the center. Self check in was done by calling with host via phone and easy. Host is very communicable and kind he gave us guest card which was very useful. We can also leave luggages after check out.

Breakfast was plenty but it was packed food and dried. It would be very good if include eggs , ham more fresh food /fruit.

Nettuno support was just outstanding! We got a train strike which resulted in a very late check in. It was really important get to know that our Trento accomodation was waiting for us during that tough day. Close distance from train station also helped us. Tks Nettuno for strong support.
