The resort was amazingly beautiful, the service of every single employee was impeccable, and the room was above comfortable. The bed one of the best I have slept in. Closeness to the sea, an amazing pool, beautiful palm trees - what could one ask for more! Breakfast was super delicious and the employees kind. Two things were especially amazing - the contact with the hotel via whats app during our stay and if being contacted they react immediately! Loved it! And second was the amazing service at the pool - our 4,5 year old daughter and other kids were entertained in the water with same games by a pool guard! Amazing! This hotel is above and beyond and on top of that in a beautiful ambient close to a beautiful city - Taranto!

The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel's restaurant and pool have very good options if you are tired to go to the beach or other restaurants. The bus stop is just next to the hotel, and there are many parking spaces.

The bathroom was clean, but a bit unconvenient due to the very small shower and not so modern.

Fantastic complex with a beautiful pool and pizzeria/bar. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Our apartment was incredibly spacious and we each had a huge bed. Coffee machine, air conditioning, safe and mini bar in the room. Really good choice of food for breakfast.

Complex is in a residential area so there was quite a bit of noise at night particularly barking dogs

everything was perfect ! We weren’t expecting such a nice quality of equipment and services for that price ! We have been positively surprised from the start until the end : the room was big and clean, the pool extremely confortable and beautiful, the gardens around the hotel are luxurious and give a beautiful scent to the air. The staff is very attentive to you and what you might need. We loved it and highly recommend to stay there. You will feel relaxed as soon as you step foot at the hotel !

The only downsides that we could find is the air conditioning in the room that is not very efficient and the fact that you have to wear a hair cap in the pool. But except from that everything was perfect !

The swimming pool is the best part of the hotel. Big, clean, with children pool and a lot of space around with umbrellas and sun beds. The staff was all incredibly nice and friendly.

Restaurant service was not open all day. Interior design is old and the room did not smell good when we arrived (probably pipes system). The elevator is too small so we couldn’t fit our baby stroller.

Friendly, polite, available and professional staff. Good breakfast and amazing swimming pool (Aqua gym by Andrea very entertaining and super well done). The pool restaurant and pizzeria serve savoury local cuisine at good prices.

It's a pity that the pine forest is not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. That would be an incredible added value. Daily room clean-up could be a bit more thorough.

We love it everything, maybe they had an issue with the breakfast, they are awesome but usually we had to wait for the plates because they run away to fast.

The swimming pool is great.

Stayed in the junior suite, very good room. welcoming and helpful staff, helped me get to the near by beach. the hotel/complex has a lot of services that we could not explore in the night we stayed

Wonderful staff, lovely and clean pool with animator and water aerobics. Good breakfasts, stayed for a few more days after our booking ended

Really big, a lot of activities to do within the hotel. The personal is nice and really helpful. The beaches nearby are wonderful!
