Clean, simple, comfortable

Everything was great except finding it. We came into terminal 1 and directions were not clear and it was in the middle of the night so not many people around to ask. Just fyi, you can’t walk between terminals, you have to take the bus. So follow the signs for transport to terminal 2. (There are signs for this hotel inside terminal 1 that take you outside but then, no more signs so it’s not clear what to do…from there, just take the bus to terminal 2). Hope it saves someone time getting to the hotel.

Good location directly opposite the terminal and 2 mins from the train station. Easy to find. Quiet room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Large choice of food in the restaurant and not too expensive compared to airport food, although portion was small.

Heating in the room was not very responsive. Check-in was not very personal. No bottled water in the room. Have to create a Marriott membership to use wifi. Shuttle bus location not that clear - it’s between bus stops 11 & 12 diagonally to the right from the hotel nearer the train station.

Hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal 2, which is just a short ride on the free bus that goes between the two terminals. Room size was fine and clean, bed was comfortable. Despite planes flying literally outside your window, the rooms are well sound proofed.

The location of the hotel means there are no shops at all around, so if you need any food you need to go back to the airport. I would have expected the hotel to offer some dining possibilities, although they do have some small snacks and sandwiches available for purchase. Would be nice to have some coffee /kettle in the room. But the biggest item that needs immediate attention is the cups they offer in the room. They are paper cups, so after you use them twice, the water starts falling out of them. Should be either replaced daily or else provide glass cups please. :)

It was business travel with very early departure next day. I was looking for easy Terminal 2 access hotel, Moxy was 300m so spot on. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Simple yet comfortable room arrangement and for that kind of hotel I think they exceeded expectation and I stayed in many, hotels around the world. If you need easy stay by Malpensa airport I would recommend to consider.

I would expect bottle of still and sparking water in the room for guests. There I had to buy large bottle from the bar. My preference would be to add couple of euros to the room price - but guess this is Moxi's policy and approach. Nothing major but spoiled a bit overall good experience with this hotel.

If you have a very early departure or late arrival from Milan Malpensa Airport Terminal 2, this is the place to stay purely for the great convenience. When you step out of Terminal 2, the hotel is clearly visible and a few minutes walk across the car park. The room was nice and the breakfast good. Also the 24-hour desk and bar meant I could still buy a snack and a drink after my late arrival. Staff were helpful. from the city there is a food train and bus to Terminal 2.

I would usually look for a cheaper place to stay but the convenience with my late flight made it worth staying here.

The hotel is just next door to the MXP Airport Terminal 2 and good base to retire for the night if you have landed late in the evening or planning to board an early morning flight. It is also on the free airport shuttle bus route that connects to Terminal 1 and the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from 4:30 am to midnight. The hotel staff is quite polite and happy to answer all your questions! The hotel also has a small restaurant that serves limited but delicious menu until 10 in the night. The rooms are comfortable and clean and feature a huge TV. Surprisingly, the rooms are quite sound proof, as we were not much bothered by plane noises in the night despite being so near to the airport. If you are seeking a convenient hotel before/after a long flight journey this place is ideal.

Have stayed at this Moxy on a few occasions while transiting through Milan, must say it has improved a lot. The rooms while quite small are clean and in good condition. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have slept in a long while. Staff are always polite and very helpfull. Only down size, no fault of the hotel is that while being right next to T2, all flights have currently moved to T1 while T2 is renovated so you need to add time to catch the Airports free shuttle bus that runs every 20min, and drops just 100m from hotel. Taxi will set you back 30 - 40EU depending on party size and time of day, we paid 40EU for 6 people.

Proximity to Terminal 1 of the Malpensa airport is very convenient if you have a flight the next day. Also, the hotel seems clean, modern and new. Some will like the fact that it is part of the Marriott chain, and feels like it could be one of their hotels in the USA. We would have preferred more Italian ambience, but it was fine for the last day of our trip.

We would have liked better communication, either on the hotel's website or some printed flyer in the room, about how to get to Terminal 2 of the Malpensa airport. Currently, you have to walk across the street to a bus stop, as it's too far to walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. Because of ongoing construction at the bus area, it was not clear what bus to take and where to wait for it.

Very close to Terminal 2 of the airport, which was directly across the road less than 10 minutes walk to departures. The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and welcoming

It was quite noisy, there was no restaurant. Limited very basic food menu available (burger, pizza or hotdog) where there was no staff service. Once ordered you were given a buzzer and had to collect your food from a drop off point and take it back to your table which was located in the bar. I had hot dog which was served with plain crisps, no accompanying salad mustard or salsa, only a tiny bit of ketchup in the roll.

Walking distance from terminal 2 - Great breakfast and it was not a problem leaving our bags there for the day while we explored Milano. Day crew had a lovely sense of humour!

Have stayed at other Moxys and been offered welcome drinks at bar on arrival which is always a cool happening after a flights and airport hassels. This Moxy didn´t offer drink when we checked in but there was an EMPTY jug of juice(mix) and dirty cups in lobby.. not very enticing and we had hoped for something better! Not a big deal we went straight to sleep in the comfy beds instead!
