Very charming room in a beautiful house! Como is easy to reach by bus and the neighborhood is pretty relax and quiet. You can feel the real local atmosphere away from the tourists! Some nice dining options in the surroundings. Parking is large and convenient (even though exiting it can take some time if you have a large car :) ) If you have a car and want to stay away from the touristy places and avoid looking for a parking spot for hours in Como, this is a very good choice! The owner was very nice, too!

The shower door was broken. It had just happened I guess so it was not possible for the owners to fix it on time. Not a big deal but it was a bit hard to shower without flooding everywhere...

The lady is super welcoming . The room is super comfortable, new and clean. They also own a restaurant with super friendly service, a beautiful terrace and a super fair price. I highly recommend.

We really loved the place itself, the view, the design, the cleanliness, the safety, the extra breakfast we were provided (there wasn't supposed to be any breakfast at all), plus it's really close to Como including a bus stop just nearby, just in case. Plus quite a lot of restaurants nearby (easily reachable by car). This place can really be perfect and one of the best I have stayed at. The price is definitely worth, the value for the money deserves definitely a 10/10.

I recognize, due to the traffic and trying to follow the GPS, we did not contact the owner 10 minutes before our arrival, as requested. However we arrived in due time and it was no worries to wait, we were definitely not in a hurry. Nevertheless, the owner showed up ten minutes later (once we called her) all upset and disturbed, which was everything but professional. I don't think we deserved such a cold and distant welcoming. Secondly, I was surprised to be told we were not able to touch anything in the dining room, especially as there was a fridge in use there and we weren't provided a fridge in the room. Finally we could handle it and the staff allowed us to put some sandwiches and packed food in there. But it looked weird :/

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was close to a restaurant that we wanted to go to. The host was very helpful and understanding as we arrived late.

We arrived very late because of traffics coming from belgium and the host waited for us so really appreciated. great place for one night !

The only point to underlign is the noise between rooms and corridor. If you want to sleep late I definitely don’t recommend you this B&B bc the door are not soundproof so you hear the people leaving like they are next to you and the cleaning lady very early ^^

It was very clean. The owner has also a lovely restaurant nearby. We just had a stopover for 1 night, so did not see much of the surroundings. Facilities were good.

Property looks as new and managers are friendly.

We knew the room was not provided of a mini fridge. We thought that was not dramatic, still we missed it in the end.
