The location was superb but the best thing about Tula Inn is the host. He was super nice and helpful. When a host is nice to you, it automatically makes the stay very pleasant.

Location was fantastic. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Coliseum. There were plenty of shops and restaurants right on the same street as the hotel.

I didn’t like the lack of flexibility for check in. We all arrived at different times and a member of staff had to stay behind and wait for me to check in. Then I had to stay awake , after a 7 hour flight to get to Rome, to let my daughter who travelled separately, into the room. This was the only disappointing aspect of staying here. This is not a hotel it is rooms within a building and that was not clear to me when I booked it. So the name Tula Inn was not noticeable as I approached the property. It was confusing, arriving in the dark and looking for the property name. But it was very quiet and comfortable and I definitely would recommend it.

Host was wonderful and there to meet us and provide us with all the information we needed for our stay. Loved how secure the property was and we had a window overlooking the main street with a window that opened for fresh air. Bed and pillows were comfortable and very quiet given it wasn’t in a very touristy area, albeit not far from major sights which you could walk to.

Would have liked a small fridge in our room for drinks and food instead of a shared fridge in a shared space.

Host is so kind! First of all few days before arrival we kindly ask him if some package can be shipped to the appartment. At the momenat we came, package was there waiting for us. Rooms are cute, maybe i would add night table on the each side of the bed. We had private bathroom and it was very clean. Location is amazing, located in Rome Travestere. Few minutes walk to Tiber Island, full part of the hood with local restaurants, beautiful little streets and cheap traditional italian food. It is very well located, 20 mins max by walk to the most important things in Rome like Trevi, Colosseum etc. We will recommend it for sure and hopefully back one dayz

The location! It's right in the center, you can easily walk everywhere from there to attractions, monuments, restaurants, etc. And you are not constantly surrounded by tourists all the time (we stayed in other parts of Rome, and this one was just perfect). The bathroom had a nice size, beds were ok. It felt clean and the person in charge was very kind.

You need so many keys to get in/out.

Our host Roberto made our stay at Tula Inn very pleasant. He was so helpful and friendly. The place was immaculately clean. The location was easy to get around to places we wanted to see. Roberto recommended places for us to eat, how to get to different tourist attractions etc.

The Tula Inn needs to have more drawer space in room as well as the room needed painted badly. The shower area needed to be redone as it was ageing. We would have struggled to get up the stairs with heavy suitcases if Roberto didn’t help us. We didn’t think to ask if it had stairs.

The location is absolutely perfect and Roberto was a pleasure to deal with. The room and bathroom were super clean and the place was very very quiet, I barely heard anyone else and the windows were very effective against street noise. The kitchen with a fridge was useful and they even had tea and coffee out. Wished I could’ve stayed longer!

I couldn’t get the airconditioner working properly but as I was only there for one night I didn’t ask for instructions or anything. The room wasn’t too hot without it despite the weather.

The accommodation has an unbeatable location, being walking distance from all major touristic sites and nearby delicious restaurantes and useful stores (supermarket, souvenirs, etc). Located right at the city centre, it is also an easy trip to the airport (around 20 minutos and 30€ by taxi). The host is extremely friendly and always available to help - we needed some guidance regarding our tickets to the Colosseum (which we highly recommend you book in advance) and his assistance was key. The room was just like the pictures: simple but with the necessary comfort and included cleaning services daily, which was very appreciated.

Everything was wonderful, with a great balance quality/price.

location is absolutely amazing! close to everything. the room was clean and have been cleaned every day. it was quiet most of the time, hot water 24/7, blow dryer, iron, everything that you need.

it’s more like a shared apartment rather than a hotel (wasn’t very clear from the photos) so there is like a shared space where you may occasionally run into other guests. It wasn’t noisy and felt pretty private, the rooms themselves are very large, plus we were out 99% of the time so really didn’t mind but keep in mind if you don’t want that kind of thing..
