Room was comfortable, A/C worked well, breakfast was great, hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect; a close walk to sights, restaurants, stores, transportation. Staff was very polite and friendly. We arrived after hours and getting into the hotel and room was easy thanks to the hotel’s instructions.

The location of the hotel was excellent and room clean and of high quality. Stefanie at the hotel reception was very friendly and efficient. She arranged pack ups for us on days we had early starts and responded to all our question on WhatsApp, very promptly and effectively. Stefanie was most helpful sorting out all our issues speedily and with no fuss. She arranged taxis to and from the airport for us and recommended good restaurants nearby. The service from the staff was first class! The breakfast was taken in the cafe next door to the hotel. This is a very pleasant cafe and there were 3 breakfast options including a vegan option. The food and drink was very good and tasty and a good portion. The staff were also friendly and the service prompt.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better — central, convenient, and with a great restaurant just downstairs. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the highlights was the excellent customer service. We took a 2-day detour to Lake Como, and the hotel graciously stored our luggage at no extra charge. Picking it up late at night was seamless and stress-free — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations. Definitely worth it, and we’ll absolutely be back!

The location is fabulous, great area and quite central. We walked less than 10 min and found a scooter to rent (recommended to see the most of Rome in a few days).

We had the room close to the reception and were waken up by the noise of conversations (check-ins, activities reservations, etc.) at 8.00 a.m. I would recommend to avoid rooms 101 and 102.

Loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The cleaners also did a fantastic job with the room service each day. I brought my laptop with me to watch Netflix when i was relaxing in my room but to my surprise the room already had a tv with Netflix installed on it. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast bits such as delicious croissants and doughnuts and they have a coffee machine which is free to use which i thought was a really nice touch. Overall a fantastic hotel and value for money.

The walls seemed a little thin in the hotel and i could hear the people in the room beside me quite clearly for the last night.

Staff was just the warmest and most accommodating. Very hospitable and helpful. Shout out to Selina, Patricia, Ann, and Aaron for welcoming and taking care of me during my stay. The rooms are quite big and very cozy and quite chic. Would come back and stay here when I am in Rome again. Location is very center and near all the important places a tourist has to visit.

We loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we can walk around to all the interesting sites. We felt the Italian atmosphere at this place from the design to the views of the streets at the heart of Rome. The room was lovely and comfortable and very well designed and very clean. The bathroom was great and it felt like the place was recently renovated and everything was in good shape. We got new bottles of water and soda everyday and bathroom supply. It seems they did everything to let you feel comfortable and happy. The staff was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed every minute at this place and we will defiantly come back when in Rome.

Cute boutique hotel. Felt like we were the only ones there for the first couple of days. Very little foot traffic in and out of the hotel, granted we were out exploring most of the day and evening.The location was perfect. You could almost anywhere within the 10 to 15 minutes with the exception of a few places. Stefanie, at the front desk was amazing as well. She organized our transportation from the airport and to the train station. Spoke with us verbally and followed up with an email just to confirm what we spoke about.

Excellent location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, they are to be commended for their service.

They turn the coffee machine off after breakfast time but there's no coffee machine in the rooms. As an early riser this means i couldnt get coffee when i woke up. It would be so much better if you could use the coffee machine throughout the daytime. There is nothing particularly wrong with the rooms, very clean and neat but somehow online they look much more luxurious. I'm glad I got a big discount, I would be dissapointed if I'd paid full price.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Rome so much we did not want to leave! These luxury suites were beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable. When we checked in we kept in contact with Stefanie (receptionist/concierge) who guided us to checking into our room late in the evening and she was just super helpful throughout our trip! We originally had a double room booked, however we were upgraded to the junior suite which we were really happy with. Would also like to thank Matteo as well in giving us some delicious places to eat! Highly recommend this gem in Rome as its also very close to the centre! 10/10
