Amazing location! We could walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Castel Sant’Angelo, Vatican, Colosseum… The streets felt safe and were clean. It was so near to many restaurants, shops and atmosphere, yet so quiet. Giolitti was our favourite gelato stop! The second room is small and without storage, so not ideal for 2 couples. Our children had this room however, so it was perfect for us. The shower was always hot and the air con was fabulous after a hot, busy day. The amenities cupboard is a great idea with extra towels, toilet paper, earplugs, adapters and tea bags. More English breakfast tea though please 😉. The luggage storage is a bonus if you manage to get one.

The location is perfect. Charming and cozy room.
That would be good to have cleaning at least once per 3-4 days and to have changed towels.

Booking this hotel was the best choice. We were a group of 4 and had two separate rooms with one shared bathroom. Although the space was a bit small, it didn’t cause any discomfort. The only thing I would have wished for was disposable slippers. The location was a solid 10/10. In just 4 days, we managed to see all the main attractions, even more than once. Additionally, the hotel had a very charming interior, it was same as in pictures. There was even a printer in the lobby, making it super convenient to print tickets or other documents. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice and highly recommend this place. The support team was very responsive whenever needed.
If I were to mention something negative, it would only be the lack of slippers.

Really easy to access the hotel and room, great location for central Rome. The room was really clean and the large bed was exceptionally comfortable. They supplied wine glasses and a bottle opener, fresh towels, hangers, and earplugs but it was a quiet room so they weren’t needed :)
The only tiny thing was it would have been nice to have milk replaced and fresh coffee cups each day, I understand it’s not a daily room refresh which is totally what we signed up for, but just a little top up so we could have coffee each day would be good. Also the bathroom is stylish but the marble style floor was a bit dangerously slippy when you’ve come out of the shower.

Great location! 10-15min walks from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain, with lovely bars and cafes surrounding it. The road was a bit narrow for some cars to come through if you’re getting a taxi, so we got dropped off just outside the road, but it’s very easy to find and only a very short walk (under 1 minute). Our rooms were clean and quite spacious, the room I was in didn’t have a bedside table which was a bit awkward but still the bed was very comfortable! The air conditioning was amazing, especially with it being 38 degrees outside! Very clean and very little noise pollution from outside.

The check-in & out process was very easy. We liked that you open everything with code so we didn’t need to worry about keys. There is no staff but there is security man every night. We really enjoyed the location and the fact you can explore Rome by foot. The hotel is located in narrow street but we felt safe all the time. The room was clean and new, but really tiny. We stayed just 2 nights with backpacks, but I am not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer stay especially with suitecases. For a short-night stay and sleepover it is perfect. We visited in January and the room was warm and pleasent and we could adjust the temperature easy. The wifi was good at 4th floor. There is coffee and tea machine, and smart TV. There was also all needed toiletries.
The size of the room, but it didn’t bother us for short stay where you are outside all day

Air Conditioning worked incredibly well, which was important as I was there during a summer heat wave. The overall aesthetic of the property was really cute and I felt very safe there. Location was very good. I was able to walk to all major tourist attractions and it was close to some really great restaurants and shopping areas.
There were shades on the outside of the window which meant there wasn't very much natural light, unless you were ok with letting in the heat. Room was small, but fine for me as I didn't need much space.

Very clean, comfortable, good location to centre & tourist attractions, good communication details provided by WhatsApp & email by Numa
Plugs were though as the European adopter was difficult to fit (force to fit), TV was in Italian (no English), shower flow was not very powerful, it was noisy! No sound proofing, people could be heard on the corridors, gap around the room door continually let the corridor light shine into the room, doors were not shock proof and were slamed a lot.

The unit on the fifth floor was awesome undoubtedly the best place I stayed for the money over a four week trip. While very small it was perfect for a solo traveler and two travelers would have plenty of space due to the little balcony. It was just great for the money. I can't say enough good things about it.
absolutely nothing. I was a little sketchy when I first arrived and saw that it was down in alley but that actually added to the experience very safe neighborhood very quiet and close to everything you want to see in Rome
