We really liked the hospitality of the hosts. The way they thought of everything for the convenience of the guests. The hosts prepared a lot of snacks and drinks of different kinds, as well as sweets. There was tea and coffee, so we could have a snack after arrival. We had only one full day in Italy and it was a rainy day., we were so happy when we found several branded umbrellas in the lobby, so thoughtfully and carefully left by the owners. The children liked the antique furniture and the house, it was unusual for them.Thank you and we have of course already recommended you to our friends, if They will be planning a trip to Pisa.

Exceptional. Just half a minute walk from The Leaning Tower at the end of the piazza, It is run with real care and attention. Loved the vintage furniture, and the overall homely and authentic feel of the place. If you are looking for another Ikea identikit place to stay this isn't for you. Everything you need for a short stay is there, and take the time to read the breakfast menu and order the night before. It is such a lovely start to the day and costs so little for what you get. Also read the little guide folder the owners have put together as the restaurant recommendations are great too. (Not tourist traps but places where we found locals eating). For a cheap and tasty meal go to Novecento Ristorante (Piazza Felice Cavallotti, 56126). It's only 5 minutes walk away. The food is exceptional. If you are knackered after a day of exploring the town and are getting a Deliveroo in, try Ghost Kitchen Pisa. The Pizza is to die for!

This is a stunning and distinctive place, featuring decor that harmoniously complements the charming atmosphere of Pisa. The apartment is not only extremely comfortable but also impeccably clean, with the added bonus of a lovely garden situated just behind the building. Its prime location is less than 150 meters away from the city's most iconic landmarks, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and always willing to assist, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Great host, great location. Place equipped with everything that you can possibly need. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Honestly, this was the best place in Italy I had a pleasure to stay. The host even had a book with place recommendations - where to eat, what to see. You could have ordered breakfast if needed. Like I said - everything you needed was taken care of.

It was excellent! 10 out of 10!. Alessandra was very nice to us, very flexible with the late check-in & late check-out times, helped us booking a taxi over the phone on last day and everything in the B&B was to our satisfaction. The B&B is just a few meters walk from the tower, is in very good conditions, very clean and quiet to have a good rest. Even they have umbrellas for guests at entrance which we borrowed. Definitely, I would recommend to book here. Thank you very much for everything!

The location is excellent, not only nearby the Leaning Tower, but also near other attractions and places to eat. The management were very helpful and accommodating given that we arrived late in the evening. Communication was always very quick. The suite was well stocked and equipped, including a microwave, and even a bidet. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. Location is amazing. Although situated in a square 100 meters away from the Tower, it was very quiet. 15 minute drive from the airport, restaurants and cafes all around. It was more of an appartment (including a fully equipped kitchen) then a room but with all the hotel facilities. Clean rooms, private bathroom, towels, toiletries and breakfast served directly to your room. There is no lift but appartment was situated on the first floor so no issues what so ever. Very nice owners also reside in the same building on the top floor. Highly recommended.

Everything about the property was perfect in every way and a little hidden gem. For us, this is a 5* property and we will be back. Starting with the grand appearance of a period property, close to the leaning tower of Pisa, close to restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk away from the public transport (we were able to get to Florence and Luca with ease). Additionally, the hosts have got everything spot on in terms of what they provide, the advice and assistance, refreshments upon arrival, the most delicious and most perfect breakfast, a clean and quiet place to stay. It is all perfect in every way. 100% perfect. There are no criticism.

lovely location and very very warm and welcoming hosts. If we or anyone we know is going to Pisa, this would be our default choice of stay now on. Alessandra also guided us correctly regarding the parking at a very very reasonable rate and this was a big plus as ZTL can be a pain otherwise for people who come in as tourists with car. Leaning Tower was literally a stone’s throw away. all facilities were very very comfortable- and I loved it that she had stocked up some rusks, water, muffins and juices in our room for us to use. beds were comfortable. there were good quality products for hair and shower. but like I said it was the warmth of our hosts that I liked most. we were three adults and two kids and this was perfect.

The building was perfect and authentically Italian. We especially loved the little garden. The facilities were perfect and the location is also ideal. Wouldn’t change a thing
