Perfectly located if you have to leave by boat on the next day as in our case, but in general too. Rooms are simply but nicely furnished and are very clean. Personnel is welcoming and kind. We stayed one night and were overall happy with our choice.

The windows of the room are on the inner courtyard side, so very quiet, but there is a low, humming sound in the room due to some ventilation which I found disturbing. Breakfast should be improved: 2 kinds of cereals but no Müesli or granola, only one kind of yoghurt and the croissants weren't fresh, which I found very disappointing, particularly for a 4-star structure.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at the Lungomare B&B Suite & Spa. I am really grateful to Stefania, Alessia, Simona and everyone who works there. Felice and Sergio were so kind while transporting me between the hotel and the airport. Every single person from the staff was really nice, welcoming, polite and always helpful. My room was properly cleaned every single day. The coffee was so tasty. The breakfast provided from the hotel included diversity of fresh products and local pastries. The hotel is located in a charming place, close to the sea, piazza Sannazaro and Mergellina train station. It is very easy to move around, since there are metro and bus stations in the vicinity. You can also find really nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

A pleasant stay in a nice sea-front location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Good breakfast options in the albeit small breakfast room. The advert states parking but there is none on site, the staff helpfully pointed out a garage one road away which was circa €20 per day. It is around a 40 min walk into Toledo which is where we spent most of our time in Naples around the many bars and restaurants. It’s a nice walk along the sea front and we had no problem with how long it took. we were given an excellent recommendation for a restaurant a few doors down that served traditional Italian dishes and freshly caught seafood. Overall we enjoyed our stay (2 nights)

The beds were comfortable. The location was nice. Close to food and within walking distance of the train. It is right across the street from the marina. The staff was welcoming. There was water and snacks out throughout the day. There were a variety of choices for a light breakfast.

We had a view of the sea through shutters because the windows/doors would not open. The facility controlled the room temperature. We could turn the air conditioning on but not adjust the temperature.

The property is in palazzo at the sea front. It’s clean,the bed is great,the stuff is beyond great and welcoming,ready to give you all the information about where to go and what to see over the cup of coffee and juice on your arrival . You have cold water,cookies and tea on you disposal all the time .We have enjoyed it a lot,and for sure will come back to Lungomare

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Quiet at night. Location close to water.

Thought it was a hotel, but it a floor of rooms in a building. We would not have found it if it weren't for the staff member coming out to the street to meet our car. No blanket on bed, but the air conditioning was not strong, so we did not need it.

Location was fantastic! Surrounded by top notch food!! Short walks to shopping, we used the electric scooters alot to get around (stick to the asphalt lol)

We had excellent view over the marina. Room was ample and spacious enough for me and the family. Breakfast was as lovely and the host is exceptionally helpful as is the other stuff. We stayed post cruise before our flight home .

Not really a negative but maybe bigger sign outside nothing to say bad at all we liked the property

Good location by the sea, safe area, close to metro. Best pizza restaurant just 50m away. Clean. Good breakfast, enjoyed the cake made by owner's mother! Nice and helpful staff.

The locality was just right and accurately described. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were a delight; knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Nice coffee.

On arrival, it was very difficult to find the entrance.
